I loved working with the team at this place! As soon as I walked in, Ellis greeted me warmly and guided me through the variety of watches. He really knew his stuff and took the time to answer all my questions and give me great advice on each watch. With Ellis' help, the whole process of picking out and buying a watch was smooth and easy. I walked out of the store feeling good about my choice and thankful for the top-notch service. Desired watch
I just bought the watch I wanted from this store, and I have to say I'm really happy with it. The watch is amazing and just what I was looking for. However, I did have a little issue with the delivery. Even though the price was good, it took longer than I thought to get the watch. I wish they had been more clear about how long it would take when I bought it, so I could have known what to expect. But, even with that small problem, I'm happy with my purchase and would think about buying from them again.

Oh my goodness, guys! You won't believe it, I just got this awesome watch and I seriously can't get enough of it! I ordered it last Friday and to my surprise, it showed up super early on Saturday. I did hit a bit of a snag trying to figure out the right size for the bracelet when I was shopping online, but eventually, I managed to sort it out. And get this, I totally spaced out and forgot to add the free gift to my order. But the person I chatted with was so helpful and explained everything perfectly, and guess what? The freebie arrived on Tuesday. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase, it's seriously top-notch, like A+++++ level amazing!

I bought a watch from this company not too long ago and I had a pretty good experience. But, I did run into a few problems with my order. One of my orders went missing during delivery, which was really annoying. However, the customer service team took care of the issue fast and made it right, which I was grateful for. Even though I had that hiccup, I would still suggest this company if you want a nice watch.

I recently bought a gorgeous watch from this company and I gotta say, I am super happy with how it all went down. Ordering it was a breeze, making it easy for me to find exactly what I wanted without any issues. The watch itself is absolutely beautiful and top-notch quality, just like the previous Tissot watch I got from them. The delivery was crazy fast, my watch came in perfect shape and was good to go right out of the box. The deal I got on it made the whole thing even better. This company is great! They delivered my order really quickly, plus they threw in a free watch winder. The box the watch came in wasn't top-notch, but Jura Watches hooked me up with a new leather box that was awesome. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I bought a watch from this store recently and I have to say, I wasn't too happy with how everything went down. Ordering was easy enough, but when it came to getting my watch, things didn't go so smoothly. They were really bad at keeping me updated on where my order was, and the delivery dates they gave me were way off. I placed my order on April 16th, but didn't get the watch until May 10th, which was way later than they said it would be. It's a bummer because I've bought from them before, but after this, I might not do it again.
Sinn U2 watch upgrade
I was a bit bummed about waiting a long time for my Sinn U1 watch, but Jura Watches came through and let me switch it out for a Sinn U2. The U2 is a big step up and I'm thrilled with what I got. The customer service was really nice, even giving me a deal on the U2. They shipped it out fast and I even got a free watch winder with my order. One thing Jura Watches could improve on is keeping customers updated on their orders to avoid any annoyance. On the whole, I'm a satisfied customer and will definitely shop there again in the future.
Wife's birthday present
I got my wife a birthday present but it didn't work out. I was hoping to get her a nice watch from that store, but they didn't even have it and took forever to give me a refund. Now I have to find another last-minute gift. Not cool at all!

I got this really awesome watch the other day and let me tell you, it's just perfect. The guy who helped me out, we'll call him Ellis, was so friendly and really went above and beyond. He made me feel like I was the most important person in the store. That kind of old-school service is rare to come by nowadays, but when you find it, you gotta hold on tight. I'll definitely be going back to Ellis for my next watch. He's just the best!

I had a terrible experience with this place! I ordered a watch and paid extra for next day delivery, but they forgot to process my order so it didn't arrive on time for the birthday gift I needed it for. I even called them on the same day I placed the order to double-check, but they reassured me it was on its way. When I returned it because it was too late, they confirmed they received it, but it's been 15 days and I still haven't gotten my refund. They keep telling me it's in the process, but that's the same thing they said about my order too. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place at all.
My new watch
I was on the lookout for this awesome new watch I saw online, but it was nowhere to be found. Luckily, the person at the store came through and tracked it down for me all the way from another country! They really put in the work to make it happen, and after some time, it finally showed up in my mailbox. This watch is seriously cool - it's transparent and just gives off fancy vibes. The person assisting me was so friendly and patient, even when I bombarded them with questions. I've been spreading the word to all my buddies about this store and how amazing they are!

The watch I bought was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. But man, this company seriously dropped the ball when it comes to keeping me in the loop. I ordered the watch in December and didn't get it until mid-March, which I could have dealt with if they had just kept me informed. But nope, it was like they fell off the face of the earth. I had to bug them constantly for updates, which was super frustrating and a total waste of time. I get that things can get delayed, but leaving your customers in the dark is just plain rude. Jura Watches might make great sales, but they seriously need to step up their communication game after the sale. It really put a damper on the excitement of getting my new fancy watch.

This is a big time shop.Watches. I do not like to use watches . Interesting is no members of my family use watches.But everyone have one watch which is compulsory that is for swimming.Four members of my family are regular customer of swimming watches.

One more thing is to describe,packing of parcels with safety majors is unique. Professional and cooperative team, ready to listing any time.
If I could attached this way no wonder I will start wearing watches. I don't want to talk about prices that is best in market as far as watches are concerned.
