    Energy-saving blackout curtains

    Wow, I am loving these blackout curtains! They are so thick and really do a great job blocking out the light. I can already see how they'll help me save on my energy bills. I totally recommend these curtains to anyone in need of some good blackout curtains that actually get the job done.

    Garmin watch

    As a customer of this company, I gotta say my experience was pretty disappointing. I bought a Garmin watch on April 6th thinking it would arrive quickly since it's not all that fancy and you can get it at other stores. But man, it took a crazy long 7 weeks for it to finally show up on May 24th. And let me tell you, there was zero communication from them during that whole time. I called them a bunch of times, but all I got were lame excuses about delays and promises to check with the manufacturer, which never happened. Their customer service was a joke, they didn't seem to care about me at all. It's obvious they only care about getting your money and don't give a darn about keeping customers happy or coming back.

    My experience with this company was really frustrating. I was trying to deal with a big problem with my account, but the people I talked to didn't seem to know how to help me. It was pretty obvious that they were in different countries, like Mexico, and didn't really know the company's policies. To make things even worse, my account number got changed without them telling me, which just added to the confusion and stress. Even though I've been a loyal customer for more than 25 years, I was left to figure out the mess all by myself. The lack of communication and professionalism from the company was really disappointing.

    I gotta tell ya, my time with Hyper Shop has been pretty disappointing. They promise top-notch customer service, but I've been left to figure things out on my own way too often. Blaming delays on COVID in September 2023 seems like a total cop-out to me, and just shows how they're not putting their best foot forward. Businesses should aim higher and not rely on weak excuses like that.

    The website seemed pretty good at first, but when I went to actually buy something, they totally tried to fool me with the delivery time. They promised 24 hours but then at checkout, it was more like 8 to 15 days - such a scam! And on top of that, they tacked on all these extra fees for delivery, insurance, and customs, turning my $26 order into a whopping $49. I was so annoyed that I just gave up and decided I'm never shopping there again. Ugh, what a headache!

    As a customer from the UK, I really think it would be helpful if the company offered fabric samples for sofas that you can order. It's tough to make a decision about buying online without actually seeing the product in real life. I'm super excited for my sofa to arrive and crossing my fingers that it lives up to what I'm expecting.

    New master bathroom pictures

    I just bought four framed pictures for my new master bathroom from this company, and let me tell you, they are just gorgeous. The artwork looks even better in person than it did online, which was a nice surprise. I am really happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to ElephantStock for more art in the future.

    Fixing my slow computer

    My computer was running so slow and I was getting really frustrated! I decided to check this place out, and I'm really glad I did. The person who helped me was super helpful and patient. They really knew their stuff and fixed my computer in a jiffy. I was so happy with the service that I even got them a bunch of gift cards! Thanks a lot for helping me out, you guys are awesome! My son told me about this place and I'm really thankful he did. If I ever have computer problems again, I'll definitely be coming back here.
