    Unprofessional service

    My experience with this company was really frustrating. I was trying to deal with a big problem with my account, but the people I talked to didn't seem to know how to help me. It was pretty obvious that they were in different countries, like Mexico, and didn't really know the company's policies. To make things even worse, my account number got changed without them telling me, which just added to the confusion and stress. Even though I've been a loyal customer for more than 25 years, I was left to figure out the mess all by myself. The lack of communication and professionalism from the company was really disappointing.

    Subscription cancellation surprise

    I recently had to cancel a subscription with this company and let me tell you, the customer service was great! I was having trouble canceling on their website, so I decided to shoot them an email explaining my situation. I was shocked when I got a quick and nice response back, offering me a partial refund if I decided to keep the shipment I was trying to cancel. It was such a pleasant surprise and honestly went above and beyond what I was expecting. So, to anyone out there considering a subscription with this company, know that it's easy peasy to sign up, cancel, or even delay your shipments.

    I gotta tell ya, my time with Hyper Shop has been pretty disappointing. They promise top-notch customer service, but I've been left to figure things out on my own way too often. Blaming delays on COVID in September 2023 seems like a total cop-out to me, and just shows how they're not putting their best foot forward. Businesses should aim higher and not rely on weak excuses like that.

    Sofa fabric samples

    As a customer from the UK, I really think it would be helpful if the company offered fabric samples for sofas that you can order. It's tough to make a decision about buying online without actually seeing the product in real life. I'm super excited for my sofa to arrive and crossing my fingers that it lives up to what I'm expecting.

    Dress purchase, waiting time

    I bought a dress not too long ago, but it's been more than two weeks now and I'm still waiting for it to show up. Supposedly it already got shipped, but it's going on some weird cross-country adventure, passing through a bunch of states before it gets to me. Waiting this long is really starting to annoy me and I'm feeling let down by the way things are going. I was really hoping for a quick and easy delivery, but it looks like that's not going to happen. Next time I think about shopping, I'll have to seriously think about whether I want to give this company my business again.

    I'm really disappointed with my experience at this company. They didn't tell me that they ship from overseas, which meant I had to wait 2-3 weeks for my order to get to the US. It was really frustrating, especially since I needed maternity clothes right away. And then on top of that, they sent me the wrong shirt, which just made everything even worse. Trying to reach customer service was a nightmare, it was so hard to get in touch with anyone for help. Now I'm just hoping I can return the wrong items and get the right ones quickly. Being pregnant, the last thing I needed was the extra stress and trouble this company has put me through.

    Fixing my slow computer

    My computer was running so slow and I was getting really frustrated! I decided to check this place out, and I'm really glad I did. The person who helped me was super helpful and patient. They really knew their stuff and fixed my computer in a jiffy. I was so happy with the service that I even got them a bunch of gift cards! Thanks a lot for helping me out, you guys are awesome! My son told me about this place and I'm really thankful he did. If I ever have computer problems again, I'll definitely be coming back here.
