Free phone offer
I can't believe how bold this company is! They're giving out free phones to those in need to take advantage of them, it's just unacceptable. They clearly have no shame in using the less fortunate for their own benefit. As a customer, I'm so mad about their dishonesty and lack of respect for others. My friends and I are going to protest against them wherever they try to trick innocent people with their sneaky tactics.

The stuff I bought here was way better than I expected! The person at the store even gave me a call to assist me in choosing some items. I'm not really good at building, so it was really useful. Plus, everything was much cheaper compared to another store I visited.

Carbon wheels purchase
The carbon wheels I bought are really great quality! They're super lightweight and tough, and they've made my rides so much better. But I gotta say, the customer service was a letdown. I made it clear that I needed quick-release wheels, but they sent me thru-axle wheels instead. When I reached out about the mix-up, they told me I'd have to buy adapters on my own, which was an extra expense I wasn't expecting.

Sleep gummies
I really like the sleep gummies I bought. They help me fall asleep fast and without any grogginess in the morning. They don't make me feel dizzy like regular sleeping pills do, which is also safer. In general, I'm happy with how well they work and definitely plan on using them again.

Toy item online
I recently bought a toy online and man, it was such a bummer. It took like 10 days to get here and when it did, the box was all messed up from the carrier. Not to mention, the toy itself wasn't even working right. So, I go on their website to try and figure out how to return it, but it was so annoying because I just kept getting stuck in this loop of useless FAQs that didn't tell me anything. They just kept saying to contact them, but didn't give me any info on how to do that. Finally, I reached out to the Liverpool store and they gave me a number to call, so I spend like 20 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to return this stupid toy. The whole thing was a nightmare and I was so over it by the end. I definitely won't be buying from them again. Their prices were too high, the delivery took forever, and the lack of info on their site just made everything worse.

Trouble with reservation payment
I attempted to pay for my reservation at Planet Hollywood, but their system is terrible. I was on hold for what felt like an eternity, and the payment would not process. Pearl attempted to assist me, but it was unsuccessful. Now I am anxious, waiting for them to give me a call back to get my payment information over the phone. I am not even sure if my reservation went through! I made numerous attempts to input my credit card information, but the system would not take it. It's so aggravating!

I bought software from this company twice. I didn't end up using them like I thought, so I asked for a refund, one was almost $90. They were quick and nice about giving me my money back. I'm willing to give them another shot because I trust they know what they're doing.

Unique and beautiful lingerie
I just bought some really pretty lingerie from this company and I gotta say, I'm loving it. Everything fit me just right and the quality is top notch. I first came across the company on Facebook through an ad, and even though it was a bit tricky to find the exact items from the ad on the app, I was pleasantly surprised by all the options they had. Plus, I scored some sweet deals at checkout and the updates on my package delivery were much appreciated.

We found these really cool outdoor lights for our house at this amazing shop called 1800lighting! Our salesman, Ted Maos, was seriously the best. He knew all about lights and was super helpful. We are thrilled with our purchase and believe Ted should definitely get a raise for being so awesome!

Ski base layer sets
I bought some ski base layer sets not long ago and man, I was let down big time. The elastic waistband on the pants totally gave out after only one use, which should not happen at all for the amount I shelled out. I reached out to customer service to see about getting a replacement or refund, but they told me they only cover outerwear under warranty. That just doesn't seem right to me, especially since base layers are so important for staying cozy on the slopes. I'd say steer clear of this brand and find something more dependable.

Polos and tees
I hopped on their website to check out their clothes, and man, it was so easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Scored some killer deals too, got an extra 40% off which was fantastic! Picked up some polos and basic tees, but after wearing them a few times, they kinda lost their shape and the colors faded. Bummer, cause I was really digging them. On a brighter note, their jackets and jeans seem to be holding up great, so that's a win at least.

ACTs course
The teacher, Olivia Owens, was really smart and interesting during the class. Her way of teaching and the stuff she taught us were great. I've definitely gotten better test scores and feel more confident since I joined the class. Olivia did a lot to make sure we all got what she was teaching, and she made learning fun with her jokes and personal stories.
