Voice software purchase
The company talks a big game about their top-tier voices, but once you buy the basic package (which costs money), you only get access to two pretty average voices. I tried to get a refund because the ad was misleading, but they said no, pointing to the fine print in the terms and conditions. I felt like I got ripped off and let down by how they promoted their product. Be careful with this company - they don't always deliver on what they promise.
One-time payment
I want to share about a recent purchase I made that turned into a mess. I thought I was paying a one-time fee, but then got billed for a whole year. It was really aggravating and I couldn't understand what happened. When I tried to get help, Vlad was no help at all and only wanted to talk about his product, not my problem. Then, out of nowhere, my account got canceled without me saying okay. It's shady to see fake reviews possibly coming from fake accounts. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone, it seems fishy.
One-year subscription for a marketing software
My experience with this company was awful. They charged my card twice for one plan, and when I contacted customer service, they basically told me to stick with them forever instead of giving me a refund for the double charge. The software dashboard looked outdated and didn't have key features that similar platforms have. On top of that, they promoted all the features included in the pro plan, but then told me I had to upgrade to access certain features. It felt like they were tricking customers into constantly upgrading for every small function they wanted. Overall, I would advise against buying anything from this company because they appear to be dishonest and untrustworthy.
Speech software purchase
I purchased this speech software and boy was it awful! I mean, I was really counting on that 2-month money-back guarantee, but turns out those people are just out to scam you. I tried to get my money back before the guarantee expired, but they kept stalling and now I'm left empty-handed. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of their service - it's not worth your time or money!
Python Scripting Tool
I am so annoyed by all the spam emails pushing me to buy more of their stuff. But I have to admit, I do think their Python scripting tool is a little bit better than Google's. If there was a similar tool that was easier to use and didn't constantly try to sell me stuff, I'd switch right away.
Voiceover software, AI technology, various voice options
I just bought the voiceover software from this company and I have to say, the AI technology they use is really amazing. They have a wide variety of voices to choose from, like different genders, ages, and even nationalities, which gives you a lot of options for your projects. The voices sound so realistic, it really improves the quality of your work. I did run into a small issue with billing, but the company took care of it quickly and professionally, proving that they really care about their customers' happiness.
GameBlaster Service
I had this weird thing happen with GameBlaster the other day. I got this welcome email out of nowhere saying I signed up for their service, but I'm not really into computer games and I don't even remember signing up for anything. When I tried to look into it, I couldn't find any record of signing up anywhere, and the customer service person couldn't give me any answers either. It kinda seems like they're trying to trick people into paying for something they didn't actually sign up for. I paid a shipping fee, and when I got the receipt, it said GameBlaster was the one getting the money, which made me suspicious. All in all, frustrating and shady experience.
Speechelo standard package purchase
I was actually pleasantly surprised by my experience with Speechelo standard, even though I had seen some bad reviews. Some voices were better than others, but my biggest issue was that there weren't any UK English voices in the standard package. When I contacted customer service about getting a refund, they ended up giving me a free upgrade to the pro package with lifetime access, which was way more than I expected. I've been using the Beatrix British voice for IVR recordings and TV commercials without any problems regarding voice authenticity. Just keep in mind that not all voices are top-notch quality, so using punctuation to control the delivery speed is important.
Software purchase for marketing purposes

Deceptive pricing tactics
This company is a total nightmare to deal with. I bought something that was supposed to be a one-time fee at a certain price, but then they charged me again after 3 months without asking me. It's just not right and really sneaky. I had to go through a lot of trouble reporting them to Paypal to get my money back. You should definitely avoid this company, it's a total scam! Lots of other people have had the same problem and have complained about it on social media sites like Facebook and Reddit. It's really unfortunate that companies like this are still around.

I bought software from this company twice. I didn't end up using them like I thought, so I asked for a refund, one was almost $90. They were quick and nice about giving me my money back. I'm willing to give them another shot because I trust they know what they're doing.
Text-to-speech comparison
After checking out those text-to-speech engines, I gotta say, they both did a pretty good job. So, I did a test where I changed the same text in both engines and saved the results as MP3s. Then, when I listened to the files in Audacity, I noticed the voice quality and tone were identical. One of the engines had an easier interface to use, but once I got used to it, I actually liked the other one better. Oh, and BTW, Audacity has been super helpful for me in editing and tweaking those MP3 files.
