DJ mixing equipment
The ordering process went really smoothly and was super easy, so I have no complaints about that part. But when it came to the service, I was pretty disappointed. The staff didn't seem very interested and weren't very helpful when I had questions about the products. Also, the prices were kind of high compared to other companies I've used before. I will say, though, that they did deliver my order right on time, but the packaging was not great.

Suit order issue
I ordered a suit from this company more than a week ago and still haven't gotten a confirmation email. They took my money through Paypal right away, but I haven't heard anything from their customer service team even after trying to contact them multiple times. It's so annoying that there's no phone number to call and talk to a real person about my order. I'm starting to feel like this company straight-up stole my money.

Course
I purchased a course for Vancouver on July 23. The course is for tomorrow afternoon. I received an email confirming my purchase. The email stated that I would receive a second email the week of the course to confirm the location. I did not receive the second email and, despite attempts to email from the website and attempt contact through the website chat - nothing. In desperation, I tried to reach out to the photographers that they have listed in Vancouver. One has not worked with them in awhile, one replied saying he works for them but is too busy to assist, the others did not reply. I had hoped to take this course prior to a family vacation and am not only out $105.00 but also have missed the opportunity to take a needed class. Disappointed and very unhappy!

I ordered a part on 1/24 that was supposed to be "in stock", after no updates I called 2 days after the supposed delivery date, only to be told that the order was canceled, even though checking from my order confirmation, it still said "ordered". Thanks for letting me know. Then, when the second order failed to show up, they offered to order the part a third time...for $100 more and NONE of the previous discounts or free shipping "for my inconvenience."

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sent me the item I ordered in the wrong color and refused to accept a return, even though I was within their 10 day return window. They would not respond to my calls or emails so I filed a complaint with the BBB. Their company has now been closed according to BBB, but is still available for people to make purchases. They're not quite a scam, but if there are any issues with your order it will be impossible to have it corrected.
Additionally, the item I ordered took over a month to ship, when their shipping window said 7-14 days.Review about: Soulmia

Ordered two t-shirts, paid, cancelled order a day later because I realized I might be having problems with sizing. Custumer service was very helpful. They told me about the timeline for receiving products and then refunded my purchase right away. Would definitely order from them again.

I ordered 4 swim suits and received them in 1 weeks time. I was skeptical after ordering, and read negative reviews and contacted the company to cancel, but they assured me that my order would be fulfilled. I was pleasantly surprised to get my order so quickly and to find that the sizing was exactly what I expected. I would definitely order again!

I ordered 5 swim suits from this company and they were nothing like shown on the website. It took over a month to get my order and I had to buy new suits from other places because I was leaving out of the country on vacation. Return policy isn’t even worth it because who knew we were ordering from China?! Save yourself the money and headache and don’t shop BEACHSISSIthis company is a rip off. PLEASE do not order from this company. all the complaints are real.
Everything above is 100% accurate. I ordered 4 swimsuits and two swim shorts. The sizing is off even for suits of the same style but in different colors. I urge you to make a complaint with the Attorney General's office to get this company off the internet. I will be filing s complaint. The return policy is unfair and falsely advertised. The website specifically states you will get a full refund if you choose but mentions nothing about returning internationally. It's a scam. If you want to buy similar suits go to cupshe.com. prices are slightly cheaper and you can return. I will never buy from beachsissi again. It's a scam!

Exact same experience! Ordered 3 swimsuits. Took a little more than 30 days to get them and they were not as represented in the photos. I sent a request to return within 3 days of receiving and did not get a response until I sent a follow up email and threatened to contact the better business bureau. The response was that since we were beyond the 15 days from receipt they would only consider giving me another item at half price. What a joke. Do not order from this company!!!!
I just checked my credit card statement they changed me for my item and I saw another transaction for some odd cents. The amount is not the problem here the bigger issue is they are changing my card without my permission ?? I will be contacting my credit card today!

Do not order from this company. Terrible customer service. Tried to return the order and they would not respond to emails or calls. They waited until the 22nd day and then responded by saying I had 15 days to return the item. No paperwork was included with the order. I had to hunt down where the company was located to get contact info. Read all of the comments above. All true.
Do not waste your money using this site. Returns are impossible, swimsuits may or may not be the size you ordered and they don’t match what is shown on website. Be more intelligent than i was.

The scam code for educators
Absolutely NOT a trustworthy company. Sent out a code for five free masks for educators. Reneged on the deal because it was too popular. After pretending it was a fraudulent code. However, they did go ahead and keep all the email addresses collected. Way to take advantage of teachers during this pandemic. Then, they sent an email “apologizing” that directed those impacted to buy their products?! I’ll never order from them, and I’ll badmouth them to everyone I know forever. They should have zero stars, but I’m unable to give less than two.

Love our purchase
My husband and I have made 2 purchases with Alpha Defense and have had only 1 issue, some stickers my husband ordered were back ordered. All these negative responses are bad beings the current situation the world is in. Just because a company is trying their hardest to keep up the all the orders coming in because people are “desperate” for something doesn’t mean you can bash a company. Every shopping (in person or online) is in complete backlog right now. Give it time people!

Ha ha PK, I feel your pain too. Just got my 5 faceshields(camp) that I did not order. I was impressed that I actually got something. Customer Service with this company is not their gift. They give an email on their phone message, however, it’s so fast and somewhat inaudible. Live Chat and calling is a joke. Fingers crossed, maybe I’ll get lucky and hear from Jordan, I hope
I understand the long wait, but what I don't understand is 5 items I've ordered are none of my orders! There was a note stating NOT THE DESIGN YOU CHOSE BUT THE SAFETY YOU NEED. This is outrageous and unproffesional! Its like I've ordered pizza and effing broccoli arrived! If you don't have the item shoot me email quickly and be honest I would gladly get my money back for refund! You took my money anyways basically screwed me! My review doesn't stop here!

Thank god I ordered mine via paypal. I guess I will just report and get my money back. This is ridiculous. Order on 04/19/2020 paid the additional for priority delivery. Was told that it shipped last Thursday and that tracking number would take 24-48 hours. Still no tracking and I have to wait on a huge que in customer service again. I am so angry right now.
Ordered on 4-9-20. Conming up on 2 months...got a track number about 3 weeks ago. Said order was in route to DHL each time I checked it. Now that track number is invalid.
I wore this once and now there is a chemical smell and taste in my nose and back of my throat 4 days on!!!!!
