I bought two jackets from this store not too long ago. It took about a week for them to get delivered, showing up at my doorstep on a Saturday. The reversible undershirts have been a total game-changer for me. I really like how I can switch it up with a lower cut when I'm layering it under a button-down shirt, and then rock a higher cut when I'm wearing it by itself. The fabric is super soft and comfy, and doesn't irritate my skin at all. Although it's cold out now and I haven't sweated much in them, I can already tell they'll be clutch for keeping my clothes smelling fresh in the summer. I bought 2 necklaces (Elisa Pendant Necklaces), 1 in silver and the other rose gold in July 2021 online. I wore them maybe a dozen times over a few months, putting them back in their grey bags each time, never wearing them when I worked out or got into the water. My neck started to turn green, GREEN, I have sensitive skin so immediately stopped wearing them because I will begin to get a rash after my skin turns green and contacted customer service November 25, 2021.
After MANY MANY back and forth emails I finally was able to ship them back to get them replaced (refund was not allowed anymore). Almost 3 weeks ago I sent both necklaces back in their original grey bags, but now the receiving team is saying I only sent back one. I am floored, this is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Not only did it take them from November 25, 2021 to today (3/9/2022) to send me replacements for their JUNK product, but now I will never get back the silver one which I did send back.
Don't waste your money, the qualify of these products is not worth the price. You should consider buying from Park Lane (never turned my neck green or gave me a rash 2 years later) or just buying real silver jewelry for much much cheaper.Review about: Bostanten

Cutting Dies and Stamps
It was hard to get good tracking info. Label printed on 12/26 but never shipped until 1/12. Multiple emails with multiple explanations. Funny, on 1/11 I got some info about stuck in customs, no way to determine how long, will receive 3-4 days after it ships. The funny part is that hmm, it shipped on 1/12, the day after I said send me my stuff or refund my money. And it took 6 days not 3 or 4. It did ship out of Jamaica, NY but where was it before that? Shanghai? If so, just be honest about it.

This was my first time ordering and I was excited to start back skating, however that would be difficult to do once I received my skates because they came without the wheels. I reached out by phone to no avail, so I sent request to return by email. I can’t believe that return does not have pre paid return slip. However due to this being their error I did request that they send prepaid return label. I did receive a response quickly from my email request to send photos. So far so good, will update on how they take care of this matter or not. For now I will rate poor due to not getting what I paid for and once this matter is resolved I will keep you guys informed and rate again on resolution status.

Cedar amp Lavender spray
I recently purchased the cedar and lavender spray, but when the product arrived it has a totally different fragrance and it looks like ... in the bottle, instead of clear as it has always been before. I contacted customer service and was told that they had, in fact, changed the appearance of the liquid, but they weren’t aware that it smelled different.
I was told I could return the items for a refund but that would not include the shipping charges of $20 even though I feel the product is defective. I have chosen not to return them, because the shipping charges were the equivalent to approximately three bottles of the spray, so that would be unacceptable.

My captain and I worked for this company in November 2021 and the job advert was a lie. The boat had no anchor working, the battery we had to buy from our own pockets (which hasn’t been paid to us back), they didn’t pay the dock or the cleaning crew, they didn’t have any “adventure equipment” as it is advertised, we had to pay for mooring ... and ice from our own pockets (still haven’t been paid back), air conditioners are old and do not work well. I have heard several complaints about this company in the bvi since we left and do not recommend them. If you are crew, stay away.
This team did 1 charter for us and left without explanation even though they committed to a full season, very unprofessional. All equipment listed with our agents is accurate.

Need improvement
Last year when me and my partner rendered services through Hotel.com web page.Honestly say,lot of improvement required by management people to make it more effective.Accomodation did not find as per our expectations.
Before Hotel entry I realized there is some communication issues among the hotel executive.Also quality of accommodation and arrangements not found up to the mark.No doubt package was discounted but this shouldn't be enough reason to compromise in quality.
Over all I can say mentally we were no so relaxed during the stay .Even a 3 star hotel provided luxury accommodation and familiar support to customers as I have seen many times.

Literally the worst customer service ever. I haven’t received my product that I ordered 18 days ago & got 5 day shipping on. Their chat feature is a joke, when you finally get someone on there, they apparently have no authority to look at accounts. I’ve been told that they will “forward my info to their team”. What??? Why are you on chat if you aren’t part of the team? The “team” has yet to email me back & I have no access to my account.

It’s been over 5 weeks and many emails. Customer service keeps making up excuses and giving me fake tracking numbers that don’t exist. Won’t refund. I spent so much money!

I order back on may 22 and I have nothingness they sent me tracking numbers that don’t work. I have not filled a dispute with my credit card company. I wish i read reviews before I placed an order. Terrible company with no customer service.

I love my Vida masks. The snug nose piece and adjustable ear loops allow them to fit perfectly. Best masks I purchased yet.
My families Vida masks fit really well; a little snugger on fuller faces but overall great purchase. I love that it’s washable and the filters are replaceable.

Swimsuit
I placed an order for a swimsuit over a month ago, & still have not received it. They sent me a shipping tracking number within a few days of placing my order, but every carrier I try to track it through, says it’s an invalid tracking number. I have emailed this company several times, to get a refund & they keep telling me it has shipped & they give me the same bogus tracking number. I don’t recommend anyone order from this company!
I have had the same issue. I ordered May 22 and I still have nothing. I just put a dispute in with my credit card company. I had been emailing someone from the company and unfortunately they weren’t that helpful. Said my order shipped. Could never track it and I finally said forget it. I will not be paying for these items. And if they do happen to show up i will be sending them back. I am not hopefully that they will arrive. I will never use this company again.
Rip off Chinese company not cool doung business this way. Should've guessed when there was no customer service on their site. Based on all of the exact situations as mine, doesn't look like I'm getting my bathing suit

Sorry any of you are having problems but we received our order in 12 days in Washington State.. Beautiful suit and fits the wife beautiful. She is a size 12 and ordered a size 12. It is very reveiling for a one piece maybe thats why a review says the cup size is too small. It's deep V cut and non supportive so look at the pics maybe you shouldn't buy the deep V in the first place and go with one of the others.We ordered 2 from Amazon that fit like garbage and 3 from Chinese based Rotita and They still have not came 3 weeks later.
DO NOT ORDER from this company unless you don’t need your suit for a month. You know the size you order will fit. Customer service is a joke you cannot send back your item with the address return that was on the package you have to email them they get back to you asking questions about why you want to return but still will not give you the address where to send it back to. I’m screwed because the suit does not fit I don’t want it I don’t like it I want my money back but for some reason they won’t tell when how I can make this happen. Oh and BTW you have 15 days and it’s been over a week know trying to just get the return address out of them. Their a scam!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered an XL. It took one month to receive it and it was a small. Wasted my time and money. They sent me a copy of a receipt showing I ordered a small. I have never seen this receipt! I never received a receipt in the first place.

Will never order from this company again. I gave up last week & ordered a swimsuit from Bare Necessities. 2 day free shipping & it fits great. Not cheap but worth a good quality suit.

I have ordered from this company May 2nd and have not received my swimsuits yet. Their answer at customer service was that due to the coronavirus shippings were late and airports not open. As my tracking no indicates, my package is in Netherlands for a month and a half now. I am from Cyprus and airports were never closed for packages. Still haven’t received anything.
I agree with all of the terrible reviews. I ordered 7/2/20 and received an email that the order has shipped. No way to track it unless I give tracking company my email address. I have emailed the company twice and no response. Never ordering from them again.

I bought two swimsuits ( I am a size 12/14 U.K.) I bought large as I did not want a tight fit. They were both short on the body ( I am 5ft 2in) trying to fasten the clip on the back , there was about a four inch gap, I had to sew elastic onto the clip. With most companies I would order a medium , how on earth can you call your size large? I measured it and the bust was six 34in! Would never buy again and too much hassle to send back.

I bough two suits from this company. I wasn't sure at first and should have gone with my first instinct but I ended up ordering anyway. The package came with a reasonable amount of time but my main problem is that the two products that I ordered were NOT in the package. I purchase the suits that came in the mail and not only that, they do NOT fit!!! I am definitely not a small. LOL. they are cute but unfortunately they don't fit. I want my product. Another problem i have it that there is not return information, like MOST REPUTIABLE legit companies do... so I'd say I have been dooped (sp?), and this is a total scam. I should know considering I saw it on a Facebook and Instagram add. Next time I will be more cautious. Shame on me this first time.. but not the next time. Price changes are standard practice. Just like walmartcan stop a sale and change prices, so can Dooney. I've been ordering from both Dooney and Bourke and I love Dooney with no problems. Great company if you ask me.

They charged me 6 times for the Pastbook and have failed to respond to my complaints. They delivered one single book but it cost me over fove-hundred dollars. I tried to cancel me order. Their web interface kept saying that the card din't go through. But it did go through and PastTime kept all the money.
Paid top dollar for the hardcover Pastbook. I was notified that the order was shipped a few months ago but still nothing. Phone calls to them have been fruitless. Very disappointed.
A total scam, but took the money and no book, no contact, tried for months, nothing, kept taking money out

Prices are very much bearable,delivery is always on time.
Also had a negative experience. A few months after purchase, even though I had the receipt, the company would not repair a link that broke! Will never ask for nor purchase K/S again. Sad.
