I've always been super happy with the service at this store. The employees are really nice and they even give me a heads up about the sales. The products they carry are top-notch, both in variety and quality. But my admiration for this store went up a notch when I learned they stopped selling items from that scandalous kid's brand. Huge respect! Wishing nothing but the best for this store and all the people who work there.
Multiple orders
I've bought stuff from this store a few times now, and every time I get my stuff, it's always nicely wrapped and shows up right on schedule - sometimes even earlier! I haven't had to reach out to customer service at all because everything just goes so smoothly. I'd totally recommend buying from here if you want an easy shopping experience.
Children's clothing
I've been a customer for a while now, so it was really disappointing to see the lack of customer service at this company. I had a family emergency and couldn't make the return deadline, but the company didn't seem to care at all. Other online stores have been a lot more understanding in similar situations, with much longer return periods than the measly 14 days this company gives. They care more about their strict rules than about keeping customers happy, which is pretty weak if you ask me. I'm done with them as a customer. Luckily, there are better options out there that care more about making customers happy than just making money.

Quick delivery and excellent customer service
I was really happy with how fast they got my stuff to me and how nice the people were over at that store. They were super friendly and helpful, and they even called me after to make sure everything arrived alright. If I ever need to return something, it's no big deal. Shopping there was a breeze and I had a great time. Way to go!
Two Orders, No Confirmation
I'm so confused about this place. I ordered twice and got nothing. No confirmations, no updates, nothing. It's like my money vanished. I don't know if it's a scam or they're just really bad at what they do. But either way, it's not okay.
Recent jacket purchase
I bought two jackets from this store not too long ago. It took about a week for them to get delivered, showing up at my doorstep on a Saturday. The only bummer was that I had to hit the road early for a work trip that same day, so I didn't have a chance to check out the jackets or send them back right away. I shot an email to customer service in the days that followed to ask some questions about the jackets and to see if I could extend the return period by one day since I was out of town for work.
Jackets
I bought two jackets as gifts, but when they arrived, the package was damaged and one of the jackets was missing. I reached out to customer service, and they told me to file a claim with the shipping company. Even after going through that whole process, I never got my money back. The Head of Customer Service was not helpful at all, they were rude and didn't seem to care about my situation. I gave them all the info they asked for, but they still wouldn't give me a refund. After 2 months, the shipping company found out that the package was packed wrong. Even after I got the second jacket and confirmed it, they still wouldn't give me my money back. It took me 4 months to finally get my refund through PayPal. I definitely don't recommend buying from this seller. Just really think about it before you make a purchase.
Super cute pink dress with sparkles
Oh my gosh, this store is seriously the worst! I ordered this adorable pink dress with sparkles, but when it arrived, it was nothing like I expected. The color was all wrong and it felt scratchy instead of soft like it looked online. I returned it right away, but never got any confirmation that they received it. Seriously, I just want my money back! After waiting for a whole month, I finally called customer service, and they said my order number wasn't even in their system. What?! I definitely placed the order, I swear! When I threatened legal action, they suddenly found my order number and promised a refund in a few days. But it's been over five weeks now and I still haven't gotten my money back. This shop is absolutely the worst, no joke.
Faulty item, unhelpful customer service
I was really let down by what I bought from that store. Yeah, the delivery was quick, but the thing I got was just not up to par. So, I reached out to customer service to try and get my money back. They wanted me to send pictures of the item. I did that, but then they turned around and said I messed it up and wouldn't give me a refund. Can you believe that?
Burberry jacket
I've had a pretty frustrating time with all my orders so far. I contacted customer service not long ago to see if I could add some nice packaging, like silk paper or a dustbag, for the Burberry jacket I got as a gift. The reply was that they ship items as they get them from the manufacturer. But when the jacket came today, it was wrapped in a plastic bag marked "Veja Sneakers Size 22." This isn't the first time this has happened and it's really irritating.
High-end clothing
I recently splurged on some fancy clothes from Nickis, but things went south when I had to send back one of the items and got hit with a return shipping charge. It wasn't about the money, it was the lacking customer service that got to me. I reached out to complain, but heard nothing back from them. So, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend Nickis to anyone, good service is hard to come by these days.
Frustrating experience
I've tried to buy this sweater several times, but my Visa card just wouldn't go through, I don't know why. I contacted customer service, but all they said was to try a different payment method. I was really let down by the lack of help and communication from them. I won't be telling anyone to use this site.
Clothing items
My experience with this website was a major letdown. I was really looking forward to shopping here, but it turned out to be a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. It took more than two weeks for my order to even ship, which was a bad sign from the start. Then, to make matters worse, I got an email a week later saying that one of the items I wanted was out of stock. Finally, when my package was finally on its way after those long two weeks, I got another email saying it couldn't be delivered and I had to pick it up at a collection point. The problem was, they didn't even tell me where to go to pick it up. It was a total waste of my time and money. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone who's looking to shop online.
