Soft sweater, delayed delivery
I just got this really cozy sweater from this company but it took a while to get to me because of a snowstorm in my area. It got stuck at a distribution center for like two weeks. I contacted customer service and they were super quick to get back to me. They even offered to send me another sweater for free. The replacement showed up right away and it's really nice. It fits perfectly and is so soft. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely shop with them again.

Polos with nice colors and design
I just bought some polos from this store and I gotta say, they really caught my eye with their top-notch quality and cool design. The colors were so bright and the polos even came in individual black bags, which gave them a classy touch. But, the only downside was that my order took forever to arrive. I got them as a Christmas gift, but they didn't show up until January, which took a whopping 12 days for delivery. Kinda bummed me out since I was hoping to have them in time for the holidays.

After I bought the software, I was really bummed out to see that it started installing extra stuff on my computer without even asking me. So, I quickly got rid of the program and made an account just to vent about how unhappy I was with the whole thing.

Faulty item return
I had a pretty bad experience with their customer service. I bought something and it ended up being messed up. But when I tried to send it back, they told me I had to pay for the shipping. That really bugged me because it was obviously their fault and should've been covered. So now I gotta waste extra time and energy getting this sorted out, which honestly, is not cool. They really need to step up their game and be more understanding in cases like this.

I work for a start-up and I'm always on a call trying to convince customers to use our services. Grasshopper has made my work and that of my colleagues at the startup easier. Truth be told, we are always on our cell phones and now I'm glad that I can continue using my phone without sharing my number with clients. The best thing about Grasshopper is the fact that I can receive voicemails in my email. However, there's a downside to using Grasshopper. Some of Grasshopper's features aren't intuitive because they are used on the app, desktop, or mobile phone. All in all, Grasshopper is the perfect solution for startups. I would 100% recommend Grasshopper.

Coffee table
I will never buy from this company again. Buyers beware if there is something missing with your order, you will never see it. I emailed them in January and now it is the end of March and I still have yet to receive it. There was every excuse in the book as to why it was not shipped out. I now have a coffee table with missing parts that's just sitting here in pieces. Terrible customer service and I hope to pass this along. Don't waste your money and buy elsewhere.

I received the doll after approximately 20 days. When I opened the package I thought the doll was cute but I was disappointed to find that the body was made of cloth and not vinyl as I had ordered. So I contacted the company and they apologized for the mistake and offered to give me a 40 dollar refund and send me a new doll with a vinyl body. I was very impressed with their courtesy and kindness. I would definitely order from this company again. The doll is very cute and has a beautiful face. The arms and legs are soft to the touch. I bought the doll for my daughter. I'm sure she will like it when she gets it for her birthday!

The dolls are horrible do not buy. It is a scam
The pics you see are stolen from real reborn sculptors and the doll is then made from a cheap knock off generic doll kit. We got my 5 yr old one and the doll's legs weren't attached, then they keep falling back off. Even her head falls off. The hair is like electrified straw. My daughter loves it anyway but she would also go into the dumpster to "rescue" a doll if she were allowed.

Seen on the news. Bought one. Didn't think it'd do much. But once I filled and hooked to charger and actually used the product you can smell the difference I guess you can say. I use all the time. Yes it was $50 but I know I e spent way more than that on Lysol since March!! I'm satisfied!

place my order they took my money sent me a notification that I was being shipped out on June 4th will only take about 10 days I checked the tracking number provided there was nobody updates I waited several weeks email the company and got a response back on the June 22nd that it was in the US and I would receive it in a week and it is now July 1st I haven't gotten it and the tracking number provided still with no update of when I may be getting it
I am currently in the same boat. No idea where my order is. I have a tracking number but it says it hasn’t been entered in the system. I ordered on May 28. Very frustrated and not sure what to do about this.
I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. I’ve contacted them multiple times and have heard nothing. So irritating.

I ordered on 3/26. They claimed to ship on 4/5 but today is 4/30 and my package has not been shipped. I emailed three times from 4/15 to 4/27 before I got a reply stating they couldn't find it and are resending. Joke of a company.

Dress and Purse
I would not recommend. Ordered on the 22 a dress and purse for an event on the Dec 6. 5 days later they told me oh we can’t fulfill the order for the dress. 13 days later still have not received the purse. If you want to receive your items don’t use them.
So your poor planning is the company’s fault? Honey get a grip if you ordered something for a party in December it should’ve been ordered in October. It’s called live in learn - grow up! Comments like these make a lot of unnecessary work for hard-working people and your are part of the problem not the solution.

read reviews. It is very disturbing that Ima Jaya comments on every negative review giving the impression that he/she is a representative of your company. I would hate to think that your company would allow a representative to respond in that matter. I do understand that this could just be some miserable soul trying to cause harm but it really does cause skepticism when ordering. I will wait for your response before placing my order.
I ordered a doll from them and the same thing happened. We got the doll and it was plastic with a cloth body...not what we ordered. The hair was horrible and felt like stuffed animal material. They refuse to do anything for us. I will never order from them again.
