Dress and shoes
I gotta tell you, dealing with this store was a total nightmare for me. The service was terrible, ordering stuff was a mess, and don't even get me started on their prices. I bought a dress and shoes there and immediately regretted it as soon as I clicked that checkout button. It was a complete disaster. The ordering process was so confusing and frustrating, the customer service was a total joke, and the prices were just way too high. And to make matters worse, my delivery ended up being delayed by weeks. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. This place is a total joke.

Sightseeing tour experience
At first, our sightseeing tour was fantastic. The tour guide gave us lots of interesting info along the way. But as the day went on, more staff from the tour company hopped on the bus. They started cussing and talking about personal stuff right in front of my kid and other children. It was a bummer to see them act so unprofessional, especially since I shelled out quite a bit for those tickets. I think they should remember to stay professional and be respectful of the passengers, even after their job is done.

Car rental experience
My car rental experience recently was pretty disappointing. Even though I had reserved a car ahead of time, it wasn't available when I got there. I had to wait around for 30 minutes, which was a pain. When I finally got a car, it was dirty and had scratches and dents that hadn't been noted. Plus, one of the tires was low on air. When I told the Avis person about it, they just told me to go fill it up myself at a gas station, which I thought was pretty rude. It wasn't until I went back to the desk and complained that they finally gave me a different car.
