Medicare Insurance Enrollment
My experience with Ehealth was pretty good overall. I'm new to Medicare insurance and had talked to a bunch of insurance brokers before, but never got clear answers. When I finally got in touch with the guy from Ehealth, David Davis, he took the time to go through all my meds and made sure my doctors were in the plan I picked. His help was amazing, and I really appreciate it. The only issue I had was trying to reach them during the busy enrollment period. I suggest leaving a voicemail and calling them back instead of waiting for them to call you. But I get it, they probably get a ton of calls around that time. Despite that, I really recommend Ehealth for Medicare insurance enrollment.

The health care solution is good and also for individual with they have good customer service.

My experience with this company has been absolutely amazing. Dealing with medical insurance can be a real headache, but Mr. Edwards, the representative I worked with, made everything so simple and straightforward. Whenever I needed to make adjustments to my supplemental insurance, I would just leave a message for him, and he would call me back right away. He always took the time to explain things clearly and in a way that I could easily understand. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for insurance services.
Insurance inquiry
My experience with the customer service at Ehealth was pretty good, but there were a few things that could've been better. I got a bit confused with the email they sent me about my insurance question because it had a bunch of fancy words I didn't know. It would've been nice if they had just explained things in a simpler way so I could figure out what they needed from me. Thankfully, after a couple of chats and a call to the helpline, I was able to clear things up and give them the info they needed.
Enrolling in Medicare with help from a nice person
I had such a great experience signing up for Medicare with the help of a super friendly person. They walked me and my husband through everything, taking the time to explain and make sure we understood. Their patience and friendliness made the whole process a lot simpler for us. We're so grateful for all of their help!

Jack is seriously the best when it comes to health insurance. He knows so much about it, more than you could even imagine. I've been with this company for years and I gotta say, their marketplace is amazing. The website is super easy to use and helps me find the best insurance options every 6 months. I actually enjoy looking at what they've got, which is saying something because insurance shopping ain't my idea of fun. The prices are fair and straightforward, which is a big plus. The service I get from them is always top-notch. I really value the effort they put into making this awesome resource.

Blue shield policy enrollment
I just wanted to shout out Natalie, the rep who helped me out - she was amazing! Natalie was so nice and really took the time to answer all my questions about the blue shield policy I wanted to sign up for. She knew her stuff and made signing up super easy. I’m really thankful for all her help and I’m happy with the service I got from eHealth. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family about eHealth because of how great my experience was.

I had a great time with my insurance guy during our talk. He was really helpful, smart, and made sure to look into all kinds of options to find what was best for me. Mr. Curtis was super patient, took the time to answer all my questions, and really broke down the benefits of the plan. I was impressed with how much I liked chatting with him, especially since it was just a sales call.
Knowledgeable customer service
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how knowledgeable the customer service rep I talked to was. Within an hour, I got schooled on medical insurance like never before. He really took the time to go over my plan and made sure I grasped all the ins and outs. When the call ended, I was feeling pretty good knowing my insurance plan was set up just right for me.

My health insurance consultation was really great. The agent I talked to knew her stuff, was fast, and super nice. She made insurance, which is usually confusing, easy to understand and not so overwhelming. Dealing with health insurance can be a headache and pricey, but having someone like her to help out made it simple. I am so thankful for her knowledge and help.
