    Medicare Insurance Enrollment

    My experience with Ehealth was pretty good overall. I'm new to Medicare insurance and had talked to a bunch of insurance brokers before, but never got clear answers. When I finally got in touch with the guy from Ehealth, David Davis, he took the time to go through all my meds and made sure my doctors were in the plan I picked. His help was amazing, and I really appreciate it. The only issue I had was trying to reach them during the busy enrollment period. I suggest leaving a voicemail and calling them back instead of waiting for them to call you. But I get it, they probably get a ton of calls around that time. Despite that, I really recommend Ehealth for Medicare insurance enrollment.

    I've checked out a bunch of health insurance websites before, and every time I've just gotten annoyed with all the spam calls and them always asking for my personal info. But when I tried this platform, I was actually really happy with how simple and easy it was.     My experience with the customer service at Ehealth was pretty good, but there were a few things that could've been better. I got a bit confused with the email they sent me about my insurance question because it had a bunch of fancy words I didn't know. It would've been nice if they had just explained things in a simpler way so I could figure out what they needed from me. Thankfully, after a couple of chats and a call to the helpline, I was able to clear things up and give them the info they needed.

    I found this company when I was searching for dental insurance and filled out my information. I regretted it right away because the next day, I was bombarded with phone calls every 3-5 minutes. I tried telling them to stop calling, but they always gave a weak excuse. I even called their main number to have my information removed, but it didn't help. If I pushed them, they would just hang up on me. I don't understand how they have good reviews - they're probably fake. Their business practices are really bad. Be careful!

    I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how knowledgeable the customer service rep I talked to was. Within an hour, I got schooled on medical insurance like never before. She made insurance, which is usually confusing, easy to understand and not so overwhelming. Dealing with health insurance can be a headache and pricey, but having someone like her to help out made it simple. I am so thankful for her knowledge and help.
