    Medicare Insurance Enrollment

    My experience with Ehealth was pretty good overall. I'm new to Medicare insurance and had talked to a bunch of insurance brokers before, but never got clear answers. When I finally got in touch with the guy from Ehealth, David Davis, he took the time to go through all my meds and made sure my doctors were in the plan I picked. His help was amazing, and I really appreciate it. The only issue I had was trying to reach them during the busy enrollment period. I suggest leaving a voicemail and calling them back instead of waiting for them to call you. But I get it, they probably get a ton of calls around that time. Despite that, I really recommend Ehealth for Medicare insurance enrollment.

    Exchange process

    I was really not looking forward to doing an exchange today, I thought it would be a total nightmare. But man, was I pleasantly surprised by the customer service at this company! When I first tried to figure out how to do the exchange on their website, it was super frustrating and confusing. But once I clicked on the "contact us" option, Emma popped up in the chat box and totally saved the day. She was so helpful and patient, walked me through everything step by step. Unfortunately, I took too long finding the item I wanted to exchange, so my session timed out. But when I got back on, Mimi took over and made it all super easy. Emma and Mimi were both awesome to work with, I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks for making what I thought would be a huge headache into a smooth and pleasant experience!
