I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service, it was actually really good compared to what I expected from a Chinese company. One thing I really liked about FastTech was the forum where people could leave reviews on the products. It was super helpful when deciding what to buy.

Hazard boots
These boots are seriously not up to par when it comes to quality and comfort. They don't have enough ankle or heel support, the treads on the sole are already coming loose, and the steel toe cap is poorly shaped and uncomfortable after a long day on your feet. The insole is pretty much useless. Although the upper part of the boot is tough and can resist stains, I wouldn't suggest these for any tough jobs like climbing ladders or working with concrete blocks.

T100 camera
I bought this T100 camera around a year and a half ago. Just the other day, I decided to open it up to swap out the battery, but to my surprise, I discovered that the battery compartment had some rusty connections, there was moisture build-up behind the lens, and honestly, the whole thing seemed pretty much useless. To top it off, the warranty has already expired, which is such a bummer. I have a feeling the issue might be linked to a faulty gasket inside.

Don't bother throwing your cash at these headphones from this company. I got the E8 ones and they crapped out after a few months - just stopped charging. And even though they promised an extra two years on the warranty, they've been ghosting me when I try to make a claim. It's a total letdown to see them splashing ads on TV when they can't even handle simple customer service. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company if you're into quality stuff and decent service.

I bought some vitamins from this store recently, and honestly, I'm so bummed about the service I got. I placed my order on a certain date and I've been waiting patiently, but I haven't gotten any updates at all. When I finally reached out to ask about what's taking so long, they told me it could take up to 6 weeks for shipping, which is way past due. They weren't helpful at all when I asked about tracking down my order with the shipping company, and they straight up said no to giving me a refund. This whole situation has been super frustrating and disappointing for me as a customer. I definitely wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
