Telehealth service for women dealing with menopause
I was really looking forward to trying out this new company I heard about that's all about helping women going through menopause, but man, what a letdown. It was a disaster from start to finish. As soon as I signed up, my inbox was flooded with poorly written emails and texts, but no one bothered to pick up the phone and call me or leave a voicemail. So frustrating! When I tried to book my first appointment, it was just one tech issue after another, and no one seemed to be on the same page. It took forever to sort out these simple problems that should have been sorted way beforehand. And then, to top it all off, they went ahead and canceled my appointment even though they already took my payment. What a mess!

I've been subscribed to this fashion jewelry service for over a year now, and let me tell you, it's hands down my favorite! One of the main reasons for this is the amazing customer service they offer. Whenever I have a question or need help, their team is always super quick to respond and really helpful. I love being able to pick my finish and switch it up whenever I want, so I can tweak my preferences whenever I feel like it.

Canvas print with missing mounting hardware and incorrect color
Sorry to say, but my experience with this company wasn't great. I bought a canvas print, but it came without the mounting hardware I ordered. When I contacted customer service for help, they said they'd send the missing pieces and asked me to wait for a notification. But even after reaching out multiple times, I never got a response or the hardware. And on top of that, the color of the print was way off from the photo I provided.

Super cute pink dress with sparkles
Oh my gosh, this store is seriously the worst! I ordered this adorable pink dress with sparkles, but when it arrived, it was nothing like I expected. The color was all wrong and it felt scratchy instead of soft like it looked online. I returned it right away, but never got any confirmation that they received it. Seriously, I just want my money back! After waiting for a whole month, I finally called customer service, and they said my order number wasn't even in their system. What?! I definitely placed the order, I swear! When I threatened legal action, they suddenly found my order number and promised a refund in a few days. But it's been over five weeks now and I still haven't gotten my money back. This shop is absolutely the worst, no joke.

Craft Dies
I placed my order on 10June & received on the 29thJune, which was faster than I was expecting.
1 die was missing so I sent an email which was replied to very quickly. The missing die was sent out immediately and I received it today.
