    Telehealth service for women dealing with menopause

    I was really looking forward to trying out this new company I heard about that's all about helping women going through menopause, but man, what a letdown. It was a disaster from start to finish. As soon as I signed up, my inbox was flooded with poorly written emails and texts, but no one bothered to pick up the phone and call me or leave a voicemail. So frustrating! When I tried to book my first appointment, it was just one tech issue after another, and no one seemed to be on the same page. It took forever to sort out these simple problems that should have been sorted way beforehand. And then, to top it all off, they went ahead and canceled my appointment even though they already took my payment. What a mess!

    Wasted time and money

    My recent visit to the menopause clinic was really disappointing. I was hoping for good care for my hormone replacement therapy, but all I got was limited help and a prescription that was too expensive for me. The doctor rushed through my appointment, making me feel like I was just a number to them. Even though I was already on HRT, I was hoping for some personalized advice or useful information, but I left feeling even more confused and frustrated. <br><br>Also, the clinic's website was a nightmare to use. I had a hard time registering and scheduling an appointment. I even got a last-minute cancellation notice, which added stress to my already chaotic experience. And I was billed for multiple appointments when I only went to one! The system glitched and made me pay over and over, with no way to stop it. It's a disaster waiting to happen! When I tried reaching out to customer service about the overcharges, I got no response. It's like talking to a wall! <br><br>All in all, my visit to the menopause clinic was a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for real care and support during this tough time in their lives.
