I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with my whole transaction with this company. Order placed 2021 March 26; all nineteen items, 18 dies and 1 stamp were received on or before April 13.
As I initially heard nothing from the company a week after placing the order, I sent a ‘polite’ email, also noting I was a first time customer. They politely responded within 24hours, and kept in touch with me as the order - needing to be split into two deliveries- was processed.
Customer service was excellent and dies and stamp are excellent.
Not sure I’ll be a regular customer, though my first order was good.
Way better than two other foreign companies that I needed to go back and forth to get refunds for non shipment.
I’ve ordered a few times now with no issues. Love the products. Recommended them to server also friends.
Variety of art supplies: stamps, paper items, embellishments
After reading some of the reviews here, I was worried. I emailed inlovearts to track my order and they replied within 48 hours. My items arrived in under two weeks. Everything I ordered was included, and everything is just like the photos and descriptions. One order, no problems. I would definitely order from Inlovearts again. Maybe some other customer's orders had problems due to COVID?

Does and stamps
I ordered at the beginning of June 2013 and it is July 16, 2023. I emailed them and they responded in 24 hours that a die was out of stock and did I want a refund. I said yes just refund it. A week later I emailed again in the same email and they said the same thing. I said if my order doesn’t ship by this coming week I will get a refund from PayPal. I will never order from this company again.
My order was all mixed. Some items were missing. Received one item I didn’t order. After numerous, numerous, numerous emails I finally received a refund. I will not order anything again. It is too big a hassle to get things corrected.
first time using this company and I placed my order on 28 Feb 2021 will see how long it takes to get the order.
I ordered mine Jan 12th and it is now March 9th and they just keep making excuses

I ordered on March 1st - got an email from them saying my order had been fulfilled. It was the wrong order number they said they fulfilled and items sent to someone totally different and in a totally different state!!! My order number is S40146 and they sent me confirmation of my order being fulfilled under #S40416-F1 - it was not a small order either. I have reported them twice to PayPal and am going to report this snafu again also. NO MORE PURCHASES FROM THEM!!
I have to agree with other reviews. I don't understand what takes them so long to get the order to the post office. I like the dies, but are they really worth it. There are alot more companies out there.
Cutting Dies and Stamps
It was hard to get good tracking info. Label printed on 12/26 but never shipped until 1/12. Multiple emails with multiple explanations. Funny, on 1/11 I got some info about stuck in customs, no way to determine how long, will receive 3-4 days after it ships. The funny part is that hmm, it shipped on 1/12, the day after I said send me my stuff or refund my money. And it took 6 days not 3 or 4. It did ship out of Jamaica, NY but where was it before that? Shanghai? If so, just be honest about it.
Dies and embossing folders
One of the dies I bought is faulty, halfway between a cut and an emboss.. 5 emails and no reply. Customer service is woeful, well it's really not existent. A negative review on the Company site does not show up. Do they filter and only show positive. Never again, and would suggest buyers be careful. Not satisfactory quality or service
$35 of horrible service!!
I placed my order on April 14. I was only going to order a few things but it said if I order $35, I can get free shipping. I saw some other items that I had seen project shares of and loved them. So I went for it. Mind you, I have never had any issues with my previous orders. After placing my order, I received a USPS tracking number and was like wow, I’m one happy crafter. But a week went by, nothing. Last I heard that it was CoVids fault for the shipping delay. So I sent them an email asking them that a shipping label was created but no status. I also spoke with USPS and it’s not CoVid this time. If I knew that it was going to take this long, I should’ve just ordered it through Aliexpress. I actually received a reply:
“The shipping email you received is due to a system failure, the shipping email was sent the day you placed your order, and we are actually replenishing your order. It will take a few days to process some procedures to deliver your package to you. Therefore, it is normal that the logistics information cannot be found in the first three days. Due to the COVID-19, the delivery takes more time. It will take about 7-15 days for you to get your package after shipping. Thank you for your kind understanding and if have any questions, please let us know. Have a nice day.”
I laughed out loud……So not only did they already have a tracking number, they literally took it off and made another and worst, make me wait longer!! It’s May 2nd and this so called order is marked as Economy First Class which is snail mail, turtle mail blah blah. Right now it’s stuck in Jamaica, NY. Horrible service and to think that spending more just for free shipping is worth it. So much for being a loyal customer. Not after this. Cruel intentions because if this delay was intentional, it means that they didn’t have the item in stock and had to wait for the item to get shipped to them. That’s horrible business.
