    Photo book project completion

    I don't want to bore you with all the nitty-gritty, but let me tell you about this frustrating situation I had with this company. Luckily, I came across a stellar employee who really saved the day and got my photo book project done. This employee was super kind, courteous, and professional - definitely top-notch in my book. They really deserve a raise in my opinion. Big shoutout to them for totally turning my bad experience into a positive one!

    England Rugby kit

    I bought an England Rugby kit online and paid extra for express delivery. But guess what? The kit never showed up, even though it said it was in stock and I could get it the next day. Since then, I've tried contacting customer support several times, but they've been ignoring me and giving me the runaround. It's been two whole weeks now since I placed my order, and the store is saying there's nothing they can do to fix the problem. What a letdown, seriously.

    Quick and efficient STD testing

    My experience with an online STD testing service was really easy and stress-free. I just went on their website, picked the tests I needed, and quickly found a lab nearby to go to. It was a simple process and I got my results back the next day. I liked how convenient and affordable it was to skip the usual trip to the doctor's office and the long wait times. I'll definitely use this service again if I have to, especially since they also offer other wellness tests.

    I ordered at the beginning of June 2013 and it is July 16, 2023. I emailed them and they responded in 24 hours that a die was out of stock and did I want a refund. I said yes just refund it. A week later I emailed again in the same email and they said the same thing. I said if my order doesn’t ship by this coming week I will get a refund from PayPal. I will never order from this company again.

    1st Dibs is not only enabling of bad business practices by their sellers but is complicit in them.

    Last month I ordered 2 pillows worth a total of $1115. The pillows were no longer in stock and instead of alerting me, the seller chose to send a similar set and included a note for me to reach out to them directly if I had a problem. Three weeks later, endless phone calls to 1st Dibs, texts/phonecalls back and forth with seller, and an unwanted trip to UPS...I am still down $116 and am initiating a credit card dispute if I'm not refunded by the end of the day. Insult to injury, after reading through the 1st Dibs customer reviews of this seller, I learned I'm not the only customer who received a similar "bait and switch."

    This leads to the most egregious part: When I attempted to write a review of this seller on the 1st Dibs website, I found there was no longer a "review" button option for this buyer. I reached out to 1st Dibs and received the following response from Rachelle from customer service:

    "After discussing with the relevant team, they let us know that the orders that have been returned, do not have the review option on the 1stDibs system. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, you cannot leave a review for this order."

    The WORST customer service response to date.

    Awful! Do not buy from Tinstree. My shoes REEK of chemicals, they smell like gasoline!
    I cannot wear them. When I asked for a refund, they wanted me to pay to ship them back or suggested I gift them.

    I had the same issue Crystal. The smell was horrible, and sadly I almost could have tried to fix if they looked even remotely like the picture.

    2 PAIRS OF SHOES

    RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM SITE! I read the horrible reviews about this site, yet held out hope because the shoes looked so nice in pictures. What I received, was not nice at all. Clunky odd shoes that smelled like either a dead skunk, or death. A real shame they are still in business. I had the same response I read from others, can't I give them as a gift, or pay to ship back. I wouldn't give an enemy a putrid smelling pair of clunky shoes. READ THE REVIEWS! BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! Wish I had...

    Masks

    We have ordered from Tippit before without a problem. However, this time we ordered 5 masks at $20 each. We did not receive the masks for several weeks. When we reached out to cancel the order as we were forced to buy elsewhere, we were told we could not cancel, as they had been shipped. We got the masks several days later and quite frankly, they were a total rip off. The were cheaply made and clearly not worth more than $5 each. We asked for a refund and/ or adjustment and were told they could not take them back because of the virus. I think they took advantage of the pandemic crisis and will never use again
