    LeVian ring

    I ordered a LeVian ring and they sent me the wrong one. Despite it was their fault, I sent it back but they didn't give my money back. I called multiple times and they still have not resolved the issue. Don't buy anything through this site or you could lose your money as I did. Please, don't trust this Company. They are going to keep your money as a scammer!

    The ring arrived with a small chip on it. It came late at night so I didn't notice it. I contacted 1st Dibs within 48 hours (as they advertise 3 day return policy). They said because it was worn the return policy was not valid. There was no evidence of wear, no tag on the ring. It was not in condition advertised. First and last time purchasing on 1st Dibs, I do not recommend.

    1st Dibs is absolutely incorrect. My message did not say I had worn the ring. I said I said I went to wear it to dinner when we saw the chip on the stone. I sent my return request before dinner and never wore it. I even followed up but they didn’t care. The 3 day warranty simply doesn't. exist.

    I understand you lost this dispute. I have been reimbursed the whole amount. You never took my complaints seriously, you never contacted the seller to ask if what I was communicating to you was true. You denied my request to qualify under the Buyer’s Protection plan you promise on your website. American Express performed an investigation and found that 1stdibs didn’t deliver what was promised. Why would I ever buy anything through 1stdibs ever again, paying premium prices and fees? Why would I do that, when my rights as a customer are completely disregarded? From now on, I will buy directly from sellers

    1st Dibs is not only enabling of bad business practices by their sellers but is complicit in them.

    Last month I ordered 2 pillows worth a total of $1115. The pillows were no longer in stock and instead of alerting me, the seller chose to send a similar set and included a note for me to reach out to them directly if I had a problem. Three weeks later, endless phone calls to 1st Dibs, texts/phonecalls back and forth with seller, and an unwanted trip to UPS...I am still down $116 and am initiating a credit card dispute if I'm not refunded by the end of the day. Insult to injury, after reading through the 1st Dibs customer reviews of this seller, I learned I'm not the only customer who received a similar "bait and switch."

    This leads to the most egregious part: When I attempted to write a review of this seller on the 1st Dibs website, I found there was no longer a "review" button option for this buyer. I reached out to 1st Dibs and received the following response from Rachelle from customer service:

    "After discussing with the relevant team, they let us know that the orders that have been returned, do not have the review option on the 1stDibs system. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, you cannot leave a review for this order."

    The WORST customer service response to date.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- I ordered…
    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- I ordered a ring that was never delivered. I WAS SCAMMED. I specifically asked to be delivered before I was leaving for out of town in a week and was promised this would be the case. The ring was NOT delivered by the date promised and was NOT delivered to our home late or ever as we have RING DOORBELL footage that shows USPS arriving and delivering a package that day, but never FEDEX even though FEDEX claimed I signed for the delivery (again I was OUT OF TOWN, so not possible). I supplied 1st Dibbs the RING DOORBELL footage, my plane and hotel itineraries as proof and informed them I requested delivery by a specific date and they told me FEDEX denied the claim, as it was signed for (a straight line) and delivered (lie) and the only thing I could do is to file a police report for theft. How can I claim something was stolen if it was never received? How can this be on me when the contract was between 1st Dibbs and FEDEX to have me sign for the delivery and that never took take place? How can a company not care that you paid them with nothing in return and will not dispute FEDEX over their customers claims and proof?? DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from these people. THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU GET YOUR GOODS OR NOT- DISGUSTING PRACTICES.

    Diamond Ring

    Customer Service was extremely poor no one answered my inquires. They asked for a copy of my government ID and said I had to trust them to delete it when the already had a pending charge on my credit card. After seeing the reviews I am glad I did not and I would avoid this website.
