    Rental return and lost wallet

    I recently forgot my wallet at the car rental spot after dropping off my rental car. It had my ID, credit cards, debit cards, and some cash in it. I was freaking out because I had to catch my flight in a hurry. But luckily, the team at the rental place, including the lady at the checkout, the Director of Airport Engagement, the Operations Managers, and the rental worker, all worked together to find my wallet and get it back to me quickly. Their quick and helpful actions really saved me, and I'm so thankful for their awesome customer service.

    SUV rental

    My rental experience was surprisingly good. I was met by friendly and helpful staff right when I walked in. Getting an upgrade to an SUV made it so much easier to deal with my big bags, and the person at the counter gave me some great tips and a good deal. But the best part was when I brought the car back. The team at the drop-off spot really went out of their way to help me and my luggage to the terminal because I have a disability. It was really special and made me feel like they truly care about their customers.

    Car rental with helpful employees

    When we got to the rental spot, the staff there were so welcoming and helpful, they really made sure we had a great time the whole way through. They even went out of their way to figure out what we needed and recommended the perfect car for us. The car we ended up renting was in awesome shape, inside and out, so our trip was super easy and comfy. The heated seats were a nice surprise, especially since it was a bit cold outside. Overall, we were really happy with the service we got from everyone at this rental spot.

    Family road trip in an electric car

    Oh man, I gotta tell ya, that road trip with my family in an electric car was amazing! Everything from reserving the car to returning it was so easy and hassle-free. It felt like we really got our money's worth. The car was super clean, ran like a dream, and we didn't run into any problems charging it on our awesome 600-mile adventure from Vegas to Phoenix. We had a blast and made some great memories, I'm already looking forward to doing it all over again.

    Rental car experience at a busy location

    My time at the rental car place was actually pretty good even with the crazy long lines and heat in Vegas. The guy named John was awesome - super friendly and knew his stuff, plus his gray hair was cool. Getting the car was fast and simple, I could pick any SUV in section 7. Dropping it off was easy too, just left the keys on the dash. Overall, it was a smooth and quick experience, just like you'd expect in Vegas.

    Lost tablet

    I forgot my tablet in the car when I dropped off the rental. A Thrifty worker, who was done with her shift, went out of her way to find me and give it back. I'm really impressed by how much she cared about helping me out.

    My experience with renting a car was great, super easy, and smooth. We got the car at the airport parking lot and returned it there too. The folks at the counter were friendly, and we were in and out pretty quickly. The car was clean and had enough space for our family. We didn't have any issues that required road services, so can't say much about that. And guess what, they treated us Latino tourists really well, which was awesome!

    Car rental from Orlando MCO Terminal C

    I rented a car from Thrifty in Orlando and had a great experience. The staff, especially Nabil, was really friendly and efficient. Nabil even upgraded us to a slightly bigger car when he saw all our luggage, which was so nice! It made a big difference for our vacation. Overall, Thrifty provided a professional and positive experience that stood out from other car rental companies. I will definitely use them again in the future.

    2-day car rental

    I just rented a car for a weekend getaway and man, let me tell you, it was quite the adventure. The whole booking thing was a little bumpy because the car I wanted wasn't there, but they hooked me up with something even cooler. The Tesla Y I drove was spotless, stylish, and super fun to cruise around in. Overall, it was smooth sailing from beginning to end, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again next time.

    Wild Card Special car rental

    I had reserved a Wild Card Special car for my trip to Denver International Airport, but when I arrived, the agent informed me that I had actually reserved an electric car. I couldn't recall selecting that option, and unfortunately, I didn't have any evidence of my original reservation. The agent offered me an upgrade to a compact car for an extra $20 a day, but since I had to drive 200 miles south of Denver, I didn't want to take the chance of not being able to find a charging station for an electric car. It felt like a deceptive tactic, and after this experience, I definitely won't be returning to that rental company. Shifty Thrifty, more like Shifty Shady!

    Renting a car

    My experience renting a car was really bad. The whole thing was a mess and took forever. When I got to the place, I had to wait over an hour just to talk to someone. The person helping me was nice, but it took a really long time to do all the paperwork. After that, I had to wait outside for another hour before they even noticed I was still there. Finally, they gave me a car that was all scratched up on the outside and smelled like chemicals inside. This whole thing made me leave way later than I wanted to. Plus, they charged me $77 for a toll pass that I didn't expect. Overall, it was a super frustrating and disappointing experience. They definitely need to do better and make things go faster at that place.

    Watch out for hidden fees when renting a car here. I booked a car at one price, but when I got there, I had to pay almost double. They didn't tell me about these extra fees when I made the reservation or in the confirmation email. It's really irritating to get unexpected charges, especially when you're trying to save money. This kind of misleading pricing is unfair and leaves a negative impression.

    As someone who travels for work a lot, I usually rent cars from this place to get around. But I gotta be honest, I was really let down by the not-so-great choices and the low quality of cars they had. They were old, dirty, and didn't have basic stuff I'm used to from a car rental place.     Unexpected rental car switch

    I had a really bad experience with a rental car company recently that I don't want to name. I reserved a certain size car at a big airport, but when I got there, they said they didn't have it. They tried to get me to pick a more expensive car or an electric one instead. This made the price way higher than what I expected when I made the reservation. The customer service was terrible, the staff only cared about making money instead of making sure customers were happy. They were disrespectful and unprofessional, I felt like they were trying to rip me off.

    My experience with renting a car was a total letdown. I reserved a certain car, but ended up with a completely different, lower-quality one. Not only did I not get refunded for the price difference, but I was also charged extra for gas even though I returned the car with more fuel than I got it with. On top of that, I was wrongly billed for an accident that never even occurred, and now they still have my security deposit on hold. The car itself was slow and outdated, couldn't even keep up with the other cars on the road. All in all, it was a frustrating and unfair situation that left me feeling totally ripped off.
