Payment issue due to lack of card reader and QR code compatibility
I ran into a big problem when I tried to send money using the app because I don't have a card reader. The QR code payment option didn't work with my smartphone, even though I selected it. I had trouble reading the code with my device. The app was supposed to switch smoothly between the QR code and the app, but it didn't work like it was supposed to.

Fantastic quality shoes
I am obsessed with the shoes I got from this company! They are so cute and well-made, plus they came super fast. I keep coming back for more and have collected quite a few pairs now. Beautiful Dolce and Gabbana briefcase
I just bought this amazing designer briefcase from a boutique and let me tell you, I was so impressed with the whole thing. At first, I was a little worried about getting something from a boutique in Europe because I thought it might take forever to get here in the US, but it only took 5 days! And the briefcase? It was top-notch, really good quality. My daughter adored it for her law school graduation. Plus, the customer service was awesome - they always replied super quickly to my emails. I would totally order from them again, no doubt.

I scored some really cool shoes on sale, but they didn't fit quite like I hoped. The folks at the store were so friendly and helped me swap them out for a pair that fit just right. The only downside was that both pairs had some scuff marks on them.

I've been planning this trip to the Golden Triangle for months now, and I gotta say, going with this company was a great choice. Vitamin order
I tried to order some vitamins on Labor Day 2023 but was bummed out because most of them were out of stock. To make things worse, the person I chatted with on the phone had a hard time speaking English, and that just made the whole ordering thing a pain. I've been buying stuff from this company for 25 years now, but this last time has got me thinking about shopping somewhere else from now on.

Two dresses
I bought 3 items from this company. The tee shirt fit comfortably and I kept it. I tried to send back 2 dresses that did not fit correctly. Also the dresses were not what was shown on screen. Poor construction. I sent requested for information to return 3 times. First they said they did not receive them. Then they said that one was past the return date.....of course since they claim they did not receive my first 2 requests. Then they said that the second dress could be returned but because it would need to be returned to China they suggested the postage would be prohibitive and offered to return 15% of the cost to cover alterations. Since I figured I would never get all of my money back I agreed. One week later they closed the claim saying I was unresponsive. Never received any return money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Poor clothing and terrible customer service. l

Dress
Don't order from them. You can return on your dollar which is more than the price of the item. Or they will give you $3.00 or 50% off a new item of your choice. She told me I had only 3 choices and I had to pick one of them. Not very friendly and won't work with you. The items are not worth the price.
EVEN WHEN THE PROBLEM IS ON THERE END> THEY WILL NOT RETURN. BATHING SUIT that is DEFECTIVE.

Bathing suit
I paid extra for a bathing suit to get it shipped to me before vacation. It ended up getting delivered to the wrong address in another state. I asked to please send another one and gave them my address again. Now they say they sent another and still that my address is not correct and they will not refund me. They also thanked me for understanding. I don't understand!!
they won't replace bathing suit due to there own defect. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Sorry any of you are having problems but we received our order in 12 days in Washington State.. Beautiful suit and fits the wife beautiful. She is a size 12 and ordered a size 12. It is very reveiling for a one piece maybe thats why a review says the cup size is too small. It's deep V cut and non supportive so look at the pics maybe you shouldn't buy the deep V in the first place and go with one of the others.We ordered 2 from Amazon that fit like garbage and 3 from Chinese based Rotita and They still have not came 3 weeks later.
DO NOT ORDER from this company unless you don’t need your suit for a month. You know the size you order will fit. Customer service is a joke you cannot send back your item with the address return that was on the package you have to email them they get back to you asking questions about why you want to return but still will not give you the address where to send it back to. I’m screwed because the suit does not fit I don’t want it I don’t like it I want my money back but for some reason they won’t tell when how I can make this happen. Oh and BTW you have 15 days and it’s been over a week know trying to just get the return address out of them. Their a scam!

Impossible to exchange a size "S" for a "M" The 866# automatically transferred me to "Swim Outlet:" online site at an 800#. One customer service never heard of Beachsissi and the 2nd said they a a mickey company

Do not buy from this company. I ordered an XL. It took one month to receive it and it was a small. Wasted my time and money. They sent me a copy of a receipt showing I ordered a small. I have never seen this receipt! I never received a receipt in the first place.

I ordered 1 swimsuit May 21st, shipped June 3rd. It's June 24th & still haven't received it. Tracking number doesn't work which apparently is a common problem. Will never order from this company again. I gave up last week & ordered a swimsuit from Bare Necessities. 2 day free shipping & it fits great. Not cheap but worth a good quality suit.

I ordered swim suit May 30th. It’s now July 7th. Still don’t have suit and emails are worthless. I should have checked reviews first. Now I have to go to my bank to write a report to get my money back.

I have ordered from this company May 2nd and have not received my swimsuits yet. Their answer at customer service was that due to the coronavirus shippings were late and airports not open. As my tracking no indicates, my package is in Netherlands for a month and a half now. I am from Cyprus and airports were never closed for packages. Still haven’t received anything.
I agree with all of the terrible reviews. I ordered 7/2/20 and received an email that the order has shipped. No way to track it unless I give tracking company my email address. I have emailed the company twice and no response. Never ordering from them again.

I bought two swimsuits ( I am a size 12/14 U.K.) I bought large as I did not want a tight fit. They were both short on the body ( I am 5ft 2in) trying to fasten the clip on the back , there was about a four inch gap, I had to sew elastic onto the clip. With most companies I would order a medium , how on earth can you call your size large? I measured it and the bust was six 34in! Would never buy again and too much hassle to send back.

I bough two suits from this company. I wasn't sure at first and should have gone with my first instinct but I ended up ordering anyway. The package came with a reasonable amount of time but my main problem is that the two products that I ordered were NOT in the package. I purchase the suits that came in the mail and not only that, they do NOT fit!!! I am definitely not a small. LOL. they are cute but unfortunately they don't fit. I want my product. Another problem i have it that there is not return information, like MOST REPUTIABLE legit companies do... so I'd say I have been dooped (sp?), and this is a total scam. I should know considering I saw it on a Facebook and Instagram add. Next time I will be more cautious. Shame on me this first time.. but not the next time. I ordered 4 swim suits and received them in 1 weeks time. I was skeptical after ordering, and read negative reviews and contacted the company to cancel, but they assured me that my order would be fulfilled. I was pleasantly surprised to get my order so quickly and to find that the sizing was exactly what I expected. I would definitely order again!
The negative responses are accurate, and you should think twice about ever ordering from this site!

I ordered 5 swim suits from this company and they were nothing like shown on the website. It took over a month to get my order and I had to buy new suits from other places because I was leaving out of the country on vacation. Return policy isn’t even worth it because who knew we were ordering from China?! Save yourself the money and headache and don’t shop BEACHSISSIthis company is a rip off. PLEASE do not order from this company. all the complaints are real.
Everything above is 100% accurate. I ordered 4 swimsuits and two swim shorts. The sizing is off even for suits of the same style but in different colors. I urge you to make a complaint with the Attorney General's office to get this company off the internet. I will be filing s complaint. The return policy is unfair and falsely advertised. The website specifically states you will get a full refund if you choose but mentions nothing about returning internationally. It's a scam. If you want to buy similar suits go to cupshe.com. prices are slightly cheaper and you can return. I will never buy from beachsissi again. It's a scam!

Exact same experience! Ordered 3 swimsuits. Took a little more than 30 days to get them and they were not as represented in the photos. I sent a request to return within 3 days of receiving and did not get a response until I sent a follow up email and threatened to contact the better business bureau. The response was that since we were beyond the 15 days from receipt they would only consider giving me another item at half price. What a joke. Do not order from this company!!!!
I just checked my credit card statement they changed me for my item and I saw another transaction for some odd cents. The amount is not the problem here the bigger issue is they are changing my card without my permission ?? I will be contacting my credit card today!

Do not order from this company. Terrible customer service. Tried to return the order and they would not respond to emails or calls. They waited until the 22nd day and then responded by saying I had 15 days to return the item. No paperwork was included with the order. I had to hunt down where the company was located to get contact info. Read all of the comments above. All true.
Do not waste your money using this site. Returns are impossible, swimsuits may or may not be the size you ordered and they don’t match what is shown on website. Be more intelligent than i was.

Terrible service and inferior quality! I ordered a dress, it came not as pictured and with a hole in the seam (faulty construction), and with two hand sized areas where the print was off color!!! Additionally, it took 7 weeks to receive my order. Their response to my return request was not received in my email. Then subsequent requests stated that it was too late. They offered a 20% refund, but nothing else. Haven't received it yet.....
