I'm so confused about this place. I ordered twice and got nothing. No confirmations, no updates, nothing. It's like my money vanished. I don't know if it's a scam or they're just really bad at what they do. But either way, it's not okay.

I had a terrible time buying from this company. I thought it would be easy to just use Amazon Pay for my online purchase, but boy was I wrong. The first payment went smoothly, but then I saw they actually charged my card three times more than they were supposed to. I was so surprised and angry, I reported them right away for basically ripping me off. Just a heads up, keep a close eye on your transactions if you're thinking about buying from them.

At first, we were a little confused about how to pay, but we finally got our hands on the DNA results. We had used a different company before for our DNA testing, so we thought the results would be pretty much the same. But boy, were we in for a surprise! Some of the categories in the results caught us off guard and didn't quite line up with our family history.

Set of prints
I just bought some prints from Brand Alley and one of them showed up with a cracked glass. So, I shot their customer service an email and, wow, they got back to me super quick. They gave me the option of a refund or sending me a new one no questions asked. The new prints came the very next day and I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. I’ll for sure be thinking about shopping at Brand Alley again.
