Best way to explore and record your family tree
I have been utilising Myheritage platform for last few months. It is so effective creating a family tree recording everyone on the family across various countries onboard. It's feels us more connected and together to see how grand our family heirs are rooted on various places that we even't didnt know earlier. Finding our ancestors, the forefathers and all the related genelogy to addressed. Their services are really intense, like they even tests and matches the dna , so there you can come up with more accurate results.
It's all on cloud accessible for the admissable memebers from any part of the world on any device. I really started understanding why myheritage was giiving power to families in community.DNA test kit purchase
My experience with the service was great! The test kit came pretty quickly and had really clear instructions on how to collect and send in samples. The website let me check out different services and even start working on my family tree during the 1-month trial period. But, I totally forgot to cancel the trial and got charged for a whole year subscription by mistake. I called customer service and they quickly got back to me and fixed everything within a day. Both the products and the customer service team were really professional. I can't wait to see my results and I trust their analysis completely. I totally recommend this service to anyone wanting to learn more about their heritage.
Genealogy subscription
I've been using this genealogy subscription service for a while now, and it's been such a cool journey to discover more about my family history and heritage. The platform has all the tools I need to dive into my ancestry and put together the pieces of my past. I've found some really valuable info about my relatives and ancestors, which has helped me understand where I come from and who I am. The only bummer is that I can't access the info I've collected now that I've stopped my subscription. Being retired and on a fixed income in South Africa, re-subscribing is just too expensive for me, so I can't go back and enjoy all the knowledge I've gathered.
Ancestry DNA results
I just got myself one of those Ancestry DNA kits to dive into my family history and find out more about where I come from. The breakdown of different ethnicities and countries was cool, but I was bummed that the results didn't give me any info on when my ancestors made the trek to America or anywhere else. I was also kinda hoping for some more in-depth info on my Native American roots and family tree. My grandma used to say we were related to Pocahontas, so I was really hoping to see some details on that in my results.
Subscription error
I had a problem with my subscription, so I sent an email to get it sorted out. The customer service team got back to me super fast, in just minutes, confirming the problem and promising to fix it right away. And they did! Within a day, I got a message saying everything was fixed. The support I got wasn't just quick and efficient, it was also really nice and professional.
DNA Sample purchase
I just bought a DNA kit from this company and everything seemed good at first. But now, I'm having a problem with my order. I sent in my DNA sample, but I haven't heard anything back yet. Not knowing what's going on is making me really frustrated. I tried reaching out to customer service, but I haven't gotten a response. I'm hoping they can fix this soon so I can feel comfortable using this company for my genetic info.
Genealogy research tool
My time using this genealogy research tool has been absolutely incredible. I started using it and right off the bat, I learned so many new things about my ancestors that I had never heard before. Being a former military member, I was really interested to find out about family who served in both world wars but never really talked about it. Now, because of this tool, I can share these stories with my grandkids and make sure the bravery of our ancestors is remembered.
DNA kit
So yeah, waiting for the results was pretty tough, you know? It took forever! But it was really interesting watching where the sample was at in the process. And when I finally saw my results, I was totally shocked! Now I'm thinking about getting a kit for my mom so we can dig even deeper into our family history. The kit was simple to use and definitely worth the cost. I'm excited to share my results with my siblings!

I'm really liking how easy and useful the family tree research tool is on MyHeritage. Compared to other platforms I’ve tried, it’s way simpler to go through all the family tree info, especially when dealing with tricky stuff like divorce. Even though I haven't gotten my DNA results yet, I'm already having a blast exploring my family history and finding connections with relatives I never knew about.
DNA results comparison
At first, we were a little confused about how to pay, but we finally got our hands on the DNA results. We had used a different company before for our DNA testing, so we thought the results would be pretty much the same. But boy, were we in for a surprise! Some of the categories in the results caught us off guard and didn't quite line up with our family history.
Email address change
Changing my email address to my preferred contact was such a pain, let me tell you. I was stuck in this never-ending loop of frustration. But thankfully, Customer Support swooped in and saved the day by walking me through it all. Getting a hold of them at first was no picnic, let me tell you.
DNA test assistance
The customer service guy I talked to was super helpful walking me through how to use the DNA test kit. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me clear explanations that were way more helpful than what I saw on the website. Now I really get how to do it and feel more sure about using the kit.
Genealogy research with photo enhancement
Exploring my family history was even better with all the photos I found. It really felt like I left no stone unturned. My only complaint is there wasn't a good way to give tips to the person helping me out. It could have made things easier for them.
