Misleading Expiration Dates
These products don't show their expiration dates when you buy them or on the website. Unlike regular glues or tape that you can use anytime, these stop working even before they expire. They don't make it easy to find this important info on their site. I only saw the expiration date on a tiny sticker in the back bottom corner of the package.

Efficient airport pick-up
I had a really good experience with Shuttlefare for my airport pick-up. The driver, I think his name was William, was super friendly and made me feel at ease during the ride. Even though it was my first time using them, I was impressed by how fast the driver got to the airport after I called. And the person I talked to on the phone told me what the car looked like and even called me back to make sure the driver was there. It was way better than I expected - definitely a great experience.

They even took my measurements to make sure everything I ordered online would fit just right. And let me tell you, their deal on shirts when you buy more than one was just too good to pass up. I was pleasantly surprised at how well all the shirts fit from their different collections. And their return policy? So easy! I had to exchange a shirt and it was no problem at all, no questions asked. The quality of everything I've bought has been top-notch. I've been loving their non-iron range - as long as I follow the care instructions, my clothes stay wrinkle-free. Mirror
I was really let down by my recent purchase from inyouths. When the mirror showed up, it was in really bad shape because of how poorly it was packed. The box was all messed up, and I could tell the mirror was messed up too without even opening it. I told them to take it back right away since I wasn't about to accept a broken item. It was a big hassle for me because I needed that mirror for a home project, and now I have to find a new one somewhere else. I hope someone from the company contacts me to fix this and make it right. It's important to pack things properly so this doesn't happen again. I was hoping for an easy purchase, but things didn't turn out that way.

DNA upload
I've had a really great experience with uploading my DNA. I love how easy it is to upload from other sites and find matches that you can't find anywhere else. Being able to connect with people who have family trees just on this site has been a big help for my research. The new profile page layout is so much better - it makes it a lot easier to navigate and find information, especially with the hints that pop up on each page. And the quality of the hints has really impressed me.

Refund issue and hidden resort fees
I messed up and double booked a room, so I had to cancel one. But I never got my refund. It was impossible to get a hold of Customer Support, and every time I tried, I'd just end up getting disconnected after being on hold forever. Oh, and just a heads up, Hotelopia doesn't include resort fees in their prices, so you might end up paying more than you thought at the end of your stay.
