I just bought something from the official website and it was a bummer because it was the same deal for me as it was for my friend. I waited around for 10 days and didn't hear anything back from the customer service team no matter how hard I tried to reach them. It was super annoying and left me feeling let down by the whole ordering process.

A lot of the reviews on this site are just not fair, you know? Like, come on, there was one where this person was all mad they didn't get a refund after just a week of waiting. Seriously? If you're ordering from an international website, you gotta do your homework, man. Me, I ordered from STYLEVANA and another site around the same time, and guess what? My STYLEVANA stuff got here in just 2 weeks, beating the other one. I've had orders from other sites that took over a month to get to me, but I didn't go off because I get how international shipping works. I'd rather wait a little longer for some reasonably priced K beauty stuff than spend a ton at other places. But hey, if you've been waiting way too long, that's a whole other story. All in all, people need to chill with their expectations and get how international shopping goes. I'm happy with what I got and you can bet I'll be ordering more in the future.
