Delayed Order
I bought something on October 24th and got an email saying my order was confirmed. But I haven't heard anything else after that. I've tried emailing the company, but no one has replied. They already took my money, so this lack of communication and follow-up is really frustrating.
Online shopping disaster
My experience with online shopping was a complete mess. I ordered a top from this brand, but it never showed up! I reached out to customer service several times, but they never got back to me. It's really annoying when a company takes your money and then ignores you. I can't believe how bad their customer service is - it's like they don't give a darn about us customers. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and don't bother spending your money on this brand!
Hoodie purchase
I bought a hoodie three months back, but I still haven't gotten it. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email a few times, but no one has gotten back to me. It's really frustrating to see this lack of communication and support from their end. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.
Late order, no response
Hey there! So, back in early September, I made a purchase, right? Well, here we are in October, and my order is nowhere to be found! I got an email confirming my purchase, but no actual product has shown up yet. I've sent two emails asking about it, but haven't heard a peep back. If this is how they handle things, I think I'll pass on buying from them in the future.
2 hoodies
I bought 2 hoodies at the end of November, but they never showed up. I kept trying to check where my order was, but never got a tracking number even after sending them a bunch of emails for a whole month. They only seem to send out ads. Thankfully, I used PayPal to pay, so I was able to get my money back without a hassle. It was a pretty bad experience overall.
Puffer Bag
I just bought the Puffer Bag from this brand, and man, let me tell you, I was super let down by the quality and the slow delivery. It took a whole 2 1/2 weeks to get to me, way longer than I thought. And when it finally showed up, I was bummed by how flimsy and cheap it felt. Honestly, it had zero stability. Then, to top it off, I discovered it was made in China, which totally explains the low quality.
Mystery item size issue
I purchased this mystery item from that brand, but it ended up being too small for me. When I contacted them about exchanging it, they just told me I was out of luck. That's just not right. The quality of the item wasn't good either, definitely not worth the price. I won't be shopping from them again, there are better choices available.
Awesome t-shirts
These t-shirts are awesome! I've been getting them for about a year now and they've been great. The quality is top-notch and I'm really feeling the streetwear style.

T-shirt purchase delay
I recently bought a T-shirt from this company, but it took a whole three months for it to get to me. When I finally got it, I saw that the printing on the back was already coming off. I reached out to customer service, and they told me to send it back for a new one, and they said they'd cover the shipping costs. But now, they're not answering my emails at all. I ended up paying for the shipping and the T-shirt, but I still don't have a good shirt. I'm really disappointed in how this all turned out, especially since I really liked how the T-shirt fit me. But the bad customer service experience has made me think twice about this brand.

Patchwork hoodie purchase
Trikko has been my favorite brand ever since I picked up that patchwork hoodie back in 2022. I saw this ad on social media that really caught my attention, and after thinking about it for a bit, I decided to go ahead and buy the product. I was a little unsure because there weren't many reviews out there, but I decided to take a chance. To my surprise, I was really happy with how often they would give me updates about my order. It's really nice when a company keeps you in the loop like that. The international shipping was super fast, only took about 10 days, which was quicker than I thought it would be. When my order finally got here, I was so impressed with how good the product was. All in all, it was a great experience, definitely a 10/10, and I'll for sure think about shopping with them again in the future.

I've ordered from this place a bunch of times and for the most part, it's been pretty smooth. But there was this one time where my order took forever to get to me and I was getting pretty annoyed. So, I called them up and we went back and forth a bit, but they eventually got it all sorted out. It's nice to see that they really do care about their customers.

I bought something from this company not too long ago and man, I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed. They straight up didn't send me what I ordered, and on top of that, they didn't even bother responding when I tried to ask what was going on with my order. It's obvious to me now that this company is shady - they're just making false promises and avoiding taking responsibility.
