Dresses
I had a really bad experience with this company. I kept hearing great things about their dresses, so I decided to order some for me and a friend. But, man, was the delivery a mess. They said the stuff was delivered, but we got nada. We even checked out our neighbor's security cams to be sure, and still nothing. I tried reaching out to customer service, and they were totally rude and not helpful at all. I ordered 12 things, but only got a refund for one. Super frustrating. And get this, when I tried to complain, they straight up deleted my account. No explanation. Terrible customer service all around. Definitely avoid this company, folks.
Waistcoat and shorts outfit
I ordered this really cute waistcoat and shorts set back in July, but it's already November and I still haven't received it! They kept promising it would be shipped by the end of August, then September, then October, but I never got any updates or tracking information. It seems like they just took my money and disappeared!
Skater dress with beading
I just bought a skater dress from this brand, and I have to tell you, I am seriously impressed by how well-made and stylish it is. The beading on the front of the dress is gorgeous, and the design as a whole is just so pretty. And can we talk about the price? Only £60 for all of this? Such a great deal! My order arrived quickly, and I am thrilled with my purchase. I'm already thinking about getting more things from them down the line.
Black dress with sparkly details
I got this really adorable black dress with sparkly details and it fits my vibe perfectly! The store's customer service was top-notch, they definitely have the best return and refund policies. The only thing is, since I'm in a different country, it would be really great if they had 24-hour phone support for customers.

I bought a military jacket and a dress from this store, and man, let me tell you, it was such a rip off! I had to wait for months just to get any updates on my order, and when I finally heard back, the jacket I got was poorly made in China. The quality was awful and it wasn't even unique. They ignored me for months and never even sent the dress I ordered. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here, they're total scammers!
Lovely handmade clothes
I was so happy with the clothes I bought from this store. They were handmade and got to me in just 2 weeks, quicker than I thought. The quality of the clothes was really top-notch and I loved how they looked and felt. I'll definitely shop here again. Also, the customer service for returns was great and they helped me with any problems I had.
Dress purchase
I ordered this really cute dress back in April, but after changing my mind several times, they told me that everything I wanted was suddenly out of stock. They promised a refund, but only gave me back £20 instead of the full amount. Then they said they would send me some free dresses to make up for it, but a whole year later and still no sign of those dresses! The dresses were nice, but dealing with all the problems just wasn't worth it.
Top and Skirt Set
My experience with the company has been really disappointing. They reply quickly to my messages, but the product I got was not good. It took forever for the set to get to me, and when it finally did, it smelled weird and parts were missing. Order of Beaded Dress
My recent experience with this shop was not great at all. I used to really like this store and had been shopping there for a while, but when I finally decided to buy something, it was a mess. They said my order would be shipped the next week, but it took forever. Then, when the dress got here, it was missing beads. The customer service person did say they would give me a refund, which was nice. But then, when it was time to actually do the refund, there were issues with my bank account. They didn't seem to get why it was a problem and accused me of wanting to sell the dress somewhere else. That was not cool and made me see the store in a totally different light. It's sad to realize that the people working there aren't as friendly and professional as I thought. I'm pretty upset about the whole thing and wish I hadn't been so supportive of them.

I absolutely loved the midi dress I got from this store! The floral print was so beautiful and the dress itself was amazing quality. I seriously always have the best shopping experience here - they have such a wide variety of clothes to choose from and everything is top-notch.
