Stunning dress from this trendy London-based fashion label
I just got this amazing dress from a super cool fashion label based in London. Instead of my usual online shopping, I decided to hit them up in their Instagram DMs this time. And let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The service was so personal and awesome. They helped me out with finding the right size and kept me updated on my order every step of the way. It felt like chatting with a friend instead of talking to a customer service rep. The dress is absolutely gorgeous and the quality is amazing, just as I hoped. Even with all the holiday craziness, my order got to me super quick. I'm already thinking about my next buy and can't wait to shop with them again.

I just found this awesome brand when I saw a gorgeous dress on Instagram. It was on a palm beach wear account, and I did some digging to find out it was from this brand. I messaged them on Instagram, and they were super easy to talk to. They answered all my questions quickly, so I felt good about ordering right through Instagram. My order arrived in just two weeks, and everything I got was even better than I expected. The customer service was top-notch, so I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Dress and accessories
I just bought a dress and some accessories from this store and I have to say, I am super impressed. It was so easy to order, find what I wanted, and make my purchase. I bought a cardigan online and had such a great experience with the communication and service. The cardigan I got was top-notch and I've been getting tons of compliments on it. Overall, it was a really good buy.
Don’t buy
Bad experience. Years ago they were reliable, now no longer. Made two orders, one in August 2022 and one in January 2023. Since the first one had not been shipped in January, I asked for a voucher with which I bought the second one. They wrote to me that they would send me the first one and refund the second one. Second refunded after many emails, but they have the money of the first ever sent ! They respond with fake emails without real shipments! Don't trust!
