DNA test kit purchase
My experience with the service was great! The test kit came pretty quickly and had really clear instructions on how to collect and send in samples. The website let me check out different services and even start working on my family tree during the 1-month trial period. But, I totally forgot to cancel the trial and got charged for a whole year subscription by mistake. I called customer service and they quickly got back to me and fixed everything within a day. Both the products and the customer service team were really professional. I can't wait to see my results and I trust their analysis completely.
