Alright, so I was trying to find a birthday present for my girlfriend and I found this awesome gift package. Let me tell you, it was amazing! The way it was all wrapped up was perfect, and my girlfriend really liked it. It was totally worth every dime I paid for it.

Online order delivery delay
I recently had a big problem with a massive online order I made for Christmas delivery. Even though they said it would arrive by December 23rd, I checked today and saw it's now only 16 miles away at a hub and won't get to me until December 27th. I tried reaching out to UPS and Hibbett Sports for help, but unfortunately, I spoke with a super unhelpful and unsympathetic supervisor named Loretta. I asked if I could just pick up the item myself but she just flat out refused to offer any kind of solution. This total lack of care and my bad experience with their customer service rep really changed how I feel about the brand.

Dinner experience at a Manor
The Manor had a gorgeous setup with beautiful gardens, especially on a nice day. The morning bird songs really added to the peaceful atmosphere. The food, when we finally got it, was great, but they gave us way too much. The service was ridiculously slow, even with only three other couples at dinner. The exterior of the building was impressive, but the inside was kind of neglected. There was no elevator and the rooms were full of old furniture, like bedside tables with marble tops. Plus, no handrails in the bathroom. And to top it off, we found out as we were leaving, the Manor is in 'Administration'.
