2 Skates
Service was awesome and my cousins and i bought 2 skates and the skates arrived very quick . My cousin accidentally bought one to small and we sent it back and in one week she received the size that she wanted !! Great customer service and the ladies on the phone are very caring,courteous and professional!! Your company made two young ladies very happy.
Boardwalk roller skates with wheels
This was my first time ordering and I was excited to start back skating, however that would be difficult to do once I received my skates because they came without the wheels. I reached out by phone to no avail, so I sent request to return by email. I can’t believe that return does not have pre paid return slip. However due to this being their error I did request that they send prepaid return label. I did receive a response quickly from my email request to send photos. So far so good, will update on how they take care of this matter or not. For now I will rate poor due to not getting what I paid for and once this matter is resolved I will keep you guys informed and rate again on resolution status.
Rocket GT 50 Skate
I ordered a pair of skates which I couldn’t even get my feet into, I had to pay $26 of my own money to return them, and they deducted an additional $20 from of my refund, I was unable to use the skates, the skates never hit the pavement , they came out the box and back in the box, once I realized that they did not fit. I will never order from them again. Rip off
