Headphones order not fulfilled
I ordered some headphones on January 6th and still haven't heard anything about my order. The tracking info shows it was received, but there hasn't been any movement since. I've tried emailing them, but no luck getting a response about the delay. It's really disappointing because I've always liked this brand, especially their comfy and awesome E7 headphones. It's tough to see a brand I respected possibly doing shady stuff by taking payment and not sending out orders.

Recent upgrade to new hearing aids
I just upgraded my hearing aids to a new model and I'm really happy with how they're working out. The new features have really improved my hearing, and the quality of the product is top of the line. One of the things I love the most is that nobody even notices I'm wearing them, which is a big plus for me. Overall, I've had a really positive experience with these new devices and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about upgrading.

Wrong size, different from photo
This place really messed up my order! They sent me the wrong size and the fabric and color don't match the photo online at all. Plus, one of the items had the tag crudely cut off so I couldn't even check if it was the right size. It was a total disaster!

Antarctic trip insurance claim
I bought insurance for this trip to Antarctica I took in January 2022, but it got cut short because of Covid on the cruise ship. Even though I waited about 8-9 months to file my claim, I was happy with how quick and efficient they were in helping me out. They told me I had a year to get all the necessary paperwork in for the day I missed on the trip (which was about 10% of the total cost), and they reviewed my claim in just 4 weeks and paid me back right away. The whole process was super easy and smooth, so I'll definitely be sticking with Travelex Insurance for all my future travels.

Weight loss program
I lost like 25 pounds, but man, at 72 years old, it's going slow. The food database is pretty solid and it even has some Malaysian dishes, which is neat. I do kinda wish they would use the metric system though, I mean even the UK has switched over! It's a bit on the expensive side, but if you're polite, you might score a discount. Dealing with customer service can be a pain with all these different people reaching out to you. Overall, it's a decent app, especially if you can snag a discount. Maybe they could streamline the payment process like Pipedrive, just a thought.

I tried reaching out to customer support in all different ways - I hit up their social media, sent support tickets, and tried live chat, but no luck. It wasn't until my seventh try that I finally connected with Kelsey Segerson from Sales. Kelsey really went the extra mile to understand my problems and worked hard to fix them. She was super dedicated and nice, and made sure to address all my concerns quickly and effectively. Because of Kelsey, my whole experience with OVHcloud turned around, and now I'm totally happy with the services they provide.

Yeah, so I ordered this thing and when it arrived, it was in a box covered in writing I couldn't even understand. The box itself didn't look that great, but the toy inside was exactly what I was looking for! It took me a bit to figure out how to use it because I'm pretty tall, but once I got the hang of it, it was awesome, haha.

Flawless Face Pillow
I ordered a pillow and USPS left a notice on my door stating an adult signature was required for the package. I scheduled a redelivery for a weekend when I would be home, but USPS did not attempt to redeliver the package, and it was returned to the sender. Flawless Face is now refusing to give me a refund or respond to my emails. This is a sham of a company and they do not care about their customers whatsoever. I was excited to try this product and was disappointed with the terrible customer service. I didn't receive so much as an apology for the hassle and now have to fight to get my money back despite the fact I never even got the product.

This is supposed to be a $200+ shirt, yet it is not hemmed at the bottom of the shirt or the ends of the sleeves. The result is a rolling of the ends of the garment, not attractive unless you want to look a little ratty. Not impressed. This is just a cotton shirt, it will roll if not properly hemmed. Value is more like $25!

Elisa Rose Gold Pendant Necklace in Iridescent Drusy & Elisa Silver Pendant Necklace in Platinum Drusy
I bought 2 necklaces (Elisa Pendant Necklaces), 1 in silver and the other rose gold in July 2021 online. I wore them maybe a dozen times over a few months, putting them back in their grey bags each time, never wearing them when I worked out or got into the water. My neck started to turn green, GREEN, I have sensitive skin so immediately stopped wearing them because I will begin to get a rash after my skin turns green and contacted customer service November 25, 2021.
After MANY MANY back and forth emails I finally was able to ship them back to get them replaced (refund was not allowed anymore). Almost 3 weeks ago I sent both necklaces back in their original grey bags, but now the receiving team is saying I only sent back one. I am floored, this is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Not only did it take them from November 25, 2021 to today (3/9/2022) to send me replacements for their JUNK product, but now I will never get back the silver one which I did send back.
Don't waste your money, the qualify of these products is not worth the price. You should consider buying from Park Lane (never turned my neck green or gave me a rash 2 years later) or just buying real silver jewelry for much much cheaper.Review about: Visual Click

Placed order Oct 1,2020. Delivery promised 2-6 days. Today, 10/5 2020, the order has not yet SHIPPED. USPS tracking is useless because the order has not shipped to USPS.
What is happening ? Is this a scam ??? They have my money (payment) but have not shipped.The same thing has happened to me. I ordered on 10/3 and tracking number status with USPS states no progress. Did you receive anything?
Same thing with me did not get a tracking number is this a scam or did you receive it?
Also had a negative experience. A few months after purchase, even though I had the receipt, the company would not repair a link that broke! Will never ask for nor purchase K/S again. Sad.
