I ordered a pillow and USPS left a notice on my door stating an adult signature was required for the package. I scheduled a redelivery for a weekend when I would be home, but USPS did not attempt to redeliver the package, and it was returned to the sender. Flawless Face is now refusing to give me a refund or respond to my emails. This is a sham of a company and they do not care about their customers whatsoever. I was excited to try this product and was disappointed with the terrible customer service. I didn't receive so much as an apology for the hassle and now have to fight to get my money back despite the fact I never even got the product.

Such a cool pillow. I got it as a gift and actually bought my mom one too. I don't damage my lashes anymore. Yes, it was pricey but worth the investment!

So uncomfortable and it's already looking like it will be a huge pain to return if I am able to return at all. Waste of time and money and you can get much cheaper better quality and more comfortable on Amazon.
