    Good software, affordable price

    I recently gave this new software a try that's supposed to help with SEO and all that jazz. It was actually pretty cool because it had a bunch of features and was super easy to navigate. Plus, the price was way more budget-friendly compared to others out there, which was a win for me. The only thing that threw me off was that when I checked the backlink info, it didn't quite match up with what ahrefs was showing. The numbers were off by quite a bit, which was a bit weird. But overall, I'd say it's a decent tool for SEO purposes, you feel me?

    I just bought something online and was really happy with the great price and how fast it was shipped out. But, I messed up typing in my address during checkout which caused a little mix-up because my shipping address was different. Luckily, the customer service team caught it and gave me a call to double-check everything. All in all, it was a really good experience and I would totally suggest using their services.

    Quality shoes, Unresponsive customer service

    The company makes some seriously awesome shoes that I've been loving for years now. But I gotta say, I had a pretty crappy experience with their customer service lately. I've been trying to get info on this one pair of shoes I always buy from them, but no one ever got back to me in like six months. That lack of communication made me decide to take my business to a different brand that actually cares about their customers. Like, good customer service is just as important to me as the product itself, you know?

    2 bottles, 2 weeks

    My boyfriend and I were excited when we saw the Sparkletts rep at Costco again. We thought we missed our opportunity when we didn't sign up the first time they were posted, so we jumped on it the next time. We received our initial delivery/set-up just fine. The machine, bottles, pricing -- everything was great. It was the perfect amount of water for two weeks. The next delivery was on time, but we did receive a little push back from the delivery guy. We live in a gated complex without an intercom system, so I made sure to include in the delivery instructions to call/text so either my boyfriend or I could come downstairs to let them in. The delivery driver asked for a key to our property, instead.

    Since then we have yet to receive a delivery. It's been eight -- EIGHT -- consecutive cancellations/no-shows with a polite excuse of "we're short on drivers". The customer service reps apologize, continue to reschedule our deliveries, send automated updates for day-of deliveries, but to no avail. Oh, and they increased our delivery from 2 bottles to 4, doubling our would-be monthly bill. Thankfully I caught that.

    Of course the billing is another issue. We had charges during the month of no-shows. Credits were eventually applied -- after all, what service was I paying for? After the eighth no-show, I requested my account be cancelled and of course no one answered the transferred call (after holding for 30 mins). I would consider cancelling online, but I want to ensure our account is wiped clean as I'm not paying one cent for something we didn't have access to. Crossing fingers we can cut ties amicably and put this experience behind us.

    For the record, I would NOT buy here again. I did not click that "NO" button before submitting my review and could not go back to edit.

    It’s a scam. I bought these through groupon and it is a piece of crap. They don’t work as they are supposed to. When I tried to contact their customer service there is only an email and they don’t respond. Stay away from this company.

    I’m writing based on Castlery, USA. Their service is horrible. Terrible. If there is 0, I would have put zero. The customer service is a liar. His name is Philip F. and he’s the one who answers when you need to call the customer service. (Pacific time)

    My husband ordered a Logan bed and then 4 days after, it went on sale. I called if they will honor the promotion since we haven’t even received the product. They won’t give us the promotion. I told him that we want to cancel and he said he can’t make us cancel it as well. Oh my goodness! This business is so bad! He changes what he is saying as well making me look like stupid but I’m not.

    He made we wait for 2 days if they will let us cancel our order or give us refund. I called after 2 days and they decline but they can’t give promotion as well. What kind of business is that?

    He made different excuses, changing his narrative on the situation. I can’t get the discount because I ordered it when it wasn’t on sale.

    ~ Past purchases cannot apply to current promotion.

    ~ The item is on sale for many months now so we couldn’t refund it. (No, it is not!) Policy says clearance cannot be refunded or returned. Mind you, I ordered it and paid full price on it. When my husband asked him, is $999 discount price or not, he couldn’t answer. It is full price! Is he drunk or something? He didn’t even apologize but after asking for the manager, he hold us up again, then don’t let us talk with the manager. He said that there are glitches in the computer blah..blah..blah...

    Please stay away from this company. You will not find their address online and there’s no BBB. Don’t be fooled by good reviews! They check which one to publish and which is not. They filter them.

    Support only honest businesses! Stay away, stay away I’m warning you! I’ve never been so pissed with businesses until this.

    Ordering is easy - they will quickly take your money. But quality is poor, customer service non-existent, and becasue they are shipped from China timing and tracking is difficult. The shipping from China is not obvious on their site because they give a US address. I tried to return an item due to poor quality and they do not respond beyond an automated email. Another item has not arrived past the estimated date. I am an unhappy customer and would never buy from them again. I've essentially thrown my money away.

    Update: With persistence, they did sent a replacement curtain.
