I purchases these pants in size 4 I weight 130 , I am 5'4 , they were too small I would need a size 6. My main problem was that unlike the catalogue and web page the pants were unfinished at the hem I could have payed to have it done but I felt that at a cost of 298. even thought there was a bit of a discount they should have come as described.
The fabric is beautiful so is the pants but the sloppiness of no hem ruined the look.Shirt
This is supposed to be a $200+ shirt, yet it is not hemmed at the bottom of the shirt or the ends of the sleeves. The result is a rolling of the ends of the garment, not attractive unless you want to look a little ratty. Not impressed. This is just a cotton shirt, it will roll if not properly hemmed. Value is more like $25!
Trouser purchase
I bought a pair of pants from this website and man, it was a total bummer. The pants were not good quality at all, definitely not worth the money. I wanted to return them like they said I could, but it was a whole ordeal. I tried emailing and calling them a bunch of times, but no one ever got back to me. Bottom line, I wouldn't suggest shopping on this site because the clothes are junk and their customer service is non-existent.
Slow shipping, overpriced, lost returns, passive-aggressive emojis
My experience with this company was really disappointing. The shipping took forever, the prices were way too high, and don't even get me started on the nonexistent customer service. When I tried to return something, it got lost and nobody seemed to give a darn or try to fix the situation. And to top it off, the passive-aggressive emojis from the customer service just felt like a slap in the face.
Return Experience
My experience with the return process was a nightmare, to be honest. The return site they gave me was a mess, it didn't even work. Made me feel like they were intentionally making it difficult for people to return stuff. Instead of just letting me send back my item, they tried to get me to use this useless "credit" to buy something else. I emailed them and tried calling, but got zero response. It's like they just don't care. And I've seen others complaining about the same thing in their reviews. This shady stuff just ain't right, especially after how much I've spent there. I say steer clear of this company, folks.
Customer service experience
The customer service I got from this company was so bad. I kept emailing them, but all I got back were those phony robot responses that didn't help me at all. And trying to return stuff? What a nightmare. It was way too confusing and just made me really annoyed. Now I'm even more stressed out after hearing about others not getting their exchanges. And when I called their customer service number, forget it - I never got to talk to an actual person. It was so frustrating.
Casual track suit
I recently got a track suit here for my upcoming holidays, just something casual. But man, my experience with this company was a big letdown. I ordered it at the beginning of September, thinking I'd have it in time for my October 9th vacation. Well, come October 7th, still no sign of my order. So, in a panic, I shot them an email asking to cancel since I was leaving the country soon. But what do you know, no response from them. When I got back home, I saw my package haphazardly thrown over my electric gates, sitting there for 12 days exposed to the elements. The clothes were wrecked, soggy leaves stuck to them, and creepy crawlies making themselves at home. Dealing with the courier was a joke too, they didn't care and sent me back to the company. It took like 6 emails and multiple tries before I finally got a response from them. They did refund my money eventually, but the whole thing was just so darn frustrating and stressful. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
