Difficult to use software
We've been using this software for a while now, but we're still having trouble getting the hang of all its features and making the reporting work the way we want it to. The system was set up by someone from IT who used to work here, so it wasn't really customized to fit our specific needs. We've tried to get training on how to use the system better, but the trainers didn't speak English very clearly, which made it hard for us to understand. This language barrier has made it tough for us to fully understand what the system can do, so now we're thinking about switching to a different software. It would really help if we could set up some training sessions with a pro who can communicate well with our team and make sure we're getting the most out of the software.

Bamboo cutting board purchase
I recently got a bamboo cutting board and man, let me tell you, the customer service at this place is a total mess! The board had a defect when it arrived, so I reached out to customer service for help. They asked me to send a pic of the issue, which I did right away. But their response was dismissive and not helpful at all. The rep totally ignored the problem. I was so confused that I called the customer service line and finally talked to a nice lady who said they would send a replacement without me having to return the bad board. <br><br>But then things got even more complicated! I got an email from someone else saying that I had to send back the board before they could send a new one. Talk about mixed messages! All this back and forth made me super frustrated and wasted a bunch of my time. Even after many calls for clarification, I still didn't know if I needed to return the product or not. Tired of the confusion and lack of solution, I just asked for a refund to make things easier. <br><br>Bamford really needs to step up their game when it comes to handling customer complaints. Their communication is so confusing and inconsistent, it's really disappointing. As a customer, I just wanted a simple fix to my issue, but instead, I got confusion and inefficiency. Bamford, you gotta do better if you want to keep your customers.

Casual track suit
I recently got a track suit here for my upcoming holidays, just something casual. But man, my experience with this company was a big letdown. I ordered it at the beginning of September, thinking I'd have it in time for my October 9th vacation. Well, come October 7th, still no sign of my order. So, in a panic, I shot them an email asking to cancel since I was leaving the country soon. But what do you know, no response from them. When I got back home, I saw my package haphazardly thrown over my electric gates, sitting there for 12 days exposed to the elements. The clothes were wrecked, soggy leaves stuck to them, and creepy crawlies making themselves at home. Dealing with the courier was a joke too, they didn't care and sent me back to the company. It took like 6 emails and multiple tries before I finally got a response from them. They did refund my money eventually, but the whole thing was just so darn frustrating and stressful. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
