Model engine purchase
I was so impressed by the model engine I got from Enginediy. I love Harley Davidson, so I really appreciated the detail and workmanship that went into this. The instructions for putting it together weren't great, but I was able to figure it out because I know my way around mechanical stuff. Now it's sitting proudly in my house, sparking conversations with anyone who stops by. I'm already excited to get my hands on the Toyan V8 next.

Customer service experience
The customer service I got from this company was so bad. I kept emailing them, but all I got back were those phony robot responses that didn't help me at all. And trying to return stuff? What a nightmare. It was way too confusing and just made me really annoyed. Now I'm even more stressed out after hearing about others not getting their exchanges. And when I called their customer service number, forget it - I never got to talk to an actual person. It was so frustrating.

In the last 3 years, I've bought different styles of window covers from this store - from sheer roll-ups to top-down bottom-up romans. I decided to install them all on my own, and it usually took me about 8-10 minutes for each one. Unavailable products disappointment
It's really frustrating when you get all excited looking through company catalogs with awesome products, only to have them be out of stock every time you try to order them. And that's exactly what happened with this company. Every time I called to place an order, the products I wanted were sold out. The customer service rep tried to push me to buy different stuff I didn't even want, and when I said no, they just gave me a generic sorry that felt fake and practiced. Plus, there was a language barrier since they talked super fast with an accent that made it hard to understand. All in all, not being able to get what I wanted and dealing with subpar customer service left me feeling pretty disappointed.
