Photo class
I recently took a really cool photography class at The Photo Academy and I learned how to take amazing pictures with my camera. The teacher was really friendly and patient, and they taught me a lot of awesome tips on how to make my photos look great. I had a blast and I'm really looking forward to taking another class soon!
Course
I purchased a course for Vancouver on July 23. The course is for tomorrow afternoon. I received an email confirming my purchase. The email stated that I would receive a second email the week of the course to confirm the location. I did not receive the second email and, despite attempts to email from the website and attempt contact through the website chat - nothing. In desperation, I tried to reach out to the photographers that they have listed in Vancouver. One has not worked with them in awhile, one replied saying he works for them but is too busy to assist, the others did not reply. I had hoped to take this course prior to a family vacation and am not only out $105.00 but also have missed the opportunity to take a needed class. Disappointed and very unhappy!
