Voice software purchase
The company talks a big game about their top-tier voices, but once you buy the basic package (which costs money), you only get access to two pretty average voices. I tried to get a refund because the ad was misleading, but they said no, pointing to the fine print in the terms and conditions. I felt like I got ripped off and let down by how they promoted their product. Be careful with this company - they don't always deliver on what they promise.

I just bought a gift from Lime & Lou and let me tell you, it was the perfect present. The item was gorgeous and really well-made. The customer service I got while shopping was amazing. The employees were super nice, knew their stuff, and went above and beyond to help me out. All in all, my time at Lime & Lou was awesome and I'll definitely be back for more shopping in the future.
