Framed personalized song lyrics
I recently bought a framed custom song lyrics gift for my spouse, with our wedding song and date on it. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it had the wrong name. I contacted customer service through text and got a response within ten minutes. They said sorry for the mistake and promised to send a corrected piece express. I was impressed by how quickly they handled it and felt like they really cared. The fixed piece is on its way and I'm grateful for the great service from Lime & Lou. I'm completely happy with my experience and will definitely order from them again.
Wall art purchase
The folks over at this place sure know their stuff when it comes to making stuff that's not just pretty, but top-notch too. I just picked up some wall art from them, and man, am I thrilled with how it turned out. You can tell they put a lot of love and skill into each piece. Damaged product resolution
I just got my order from this company and man, what a bummer - the product came all messed up and didn't even have the mounting stuff I needed. But you know what? Dealing with it turned out to be a piece of cake. I shot them an email and in no time, they sent me a replacement. Props to them for handling it so quickly and taking care of my issue. All in all, I'm happy with how things turned out and I'd totally think about shopping with them again down the line.

I love this place so much, man! I got a really cool picture of my besties and it came out sooo good! But get this - I totally forgot to use my discount code, so I hit them up, and they were like, "No worries, dude!" They hooked me up with the discount right away, and I was pumped! The picture got here really fast and it looks awesome. I'm so excited to order more stuff from them!

I just got a new wall art piece as a present for my spouse to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Lime & Lou upgraded it to acrylic, and let me tell you, it looks stunning. The pizza I got from here was seriously amazing! It was super cheesy and had just the right amount of toppings. And the soda was really refreshing, totally hit the spot. Also, the delivery was crazy fast, hardly had to wait at all. I'm definitely gonna order from here again!

I ordered this hoodie thinking it was gonna have a really awesome picture on it, but when I got it, the picture was totally messed up! It was a total bummer since this is now the third time I've had issues with this company. They promised to fix it the first two times, but they never did. I'm really let down by this place. They're only worried about their online image, not about actually taking care of their customers. Save your money and shop somewhere else!
Valentine's Day Hoodie Order
I just bought two hoodies from this place and I gotta tell ya, I'm super bummed about the whole thing. I made sure to order ahead of time so they'd arrive by Valentine's Day, but they never showed up. The customer service was pretty disappointing too - unhelpful and just not taking responsibility. I asked for a refund, but they were giving me a hard time and making excuses. Honestly, I feel like I got ripped off and now I wish I hadn't spent my money there.
