Kind of relieved
I was nervous about ordering — I kept thinking the promo code was gone and the pics looked way bigger than the price implied. Ended up calling customer service and they sorted the code out quick, which surprised me. I use it in my home office and for small projects; only gripe is the photo and size mismatch, it's noticeable but otherwise OK.
Vinyl poetry
this is my go-to for decorative lyric art. I first saw one on a friend's living room wall — she tipped me to Lime&Lou — and I ordered because, well, it just looked like a tiny museum piece. The print is clever, letters wrapped around like a record, and it actually fits my messy apartment somehow. I liked it more than I expected, kinda proud to show it off.
Made him cry (almost perfect)
the box had a tiny scuff and the print was a bit darker than pictured. I'm already scheming for year 37.
Human replies, waiting on the goods

They replied right away, cleared it up and said they'd fix it - that's when I relaxed. The package arrived and everything matched. Not flawless - one tiny scratch - but works great. Perfect, easy gift (mostly)
I’d buy this again — great gift and almost totally hassle-free. I’ve ordered two custom watercolor canvases for wedding showers and both turned out lovely. The company sends a preview link so you can OK or tweak it before it goes to print, which saved me headaches. They answer messages quickly and were helpful, though one piece had a tiny color shift. Still, I’m getting a third for a fall shower. Just check the proof carefully.

Not the one for time-sensitive stuff
I wouldn’t rely on these folks if you actually need something by a certain date. I say that up front because it saved me a lot of headache to be blunt. Long story short, I tracked this order closely, told them my deadline weeks in advance, and it still fell apart. They never offered a real phone contact, which felt weird — everything went through email and it was slow and impersonal. At one point they said UPS had an investigation open; I checked with UPS myself and found out that wasn’t true. After that it felt like they just guessed the package was lost from online info and kind of checked out. There was zero empathy, no proactive fixes, no real attempt to make things right, which sucked because I’d warned them. If you’re shopping and timing matters, look at other sellers who actually pick up the phone or follow up properly. If you’re flexible on delivery, maybe it’ll be okay, but I wouldn’t risk a deadline on this one.
Second time and still moved
beautiful, careful work that shows they care. Price felt fair, shipping was smooth, and I’ll probably order again.
Portrait
The portrait I received was not an oil painting but a computer generated rendering of an oil painting. The painting was clearly not quality controlled as the people in the “painting” have dark creases on their faces that look like scars. I purchased a similar product from a different company and I was provided with a rendering before placing my order. Also, the other vendor actually provided a hand painted portrait that I was able to make changes to before it was shipped. Lime ... Lou would not issue me a refund for this poor quality portrait that I paid $200 for. I would NEVER make another purchase from them as they did not provide what is advertised on their site. Buyer beware
Music plexi artwork
I spent a lot of money only to receive a totally scratched up piece of artwork that I am embarrassed to hang in my home. I have contacted customer service, which turns out to be useless. They only use delay tactics to try to wait you out and hope you will just go away. They have done nothing to remedy the situation even though I have done everything they have asked. AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Perfect gift for my mom's birthday

Artwork sticker purchase
I bought this really amazing artwork sticker from here, and let me tell you, it's absolutely stunning. The design is so detailed and full of color, definitely stands out from the rest of my collection. But I gotta say, I had some problems with the shipping. I paid extra to get it here on time, but it ended up being delayed. Trying to reach customer service about it was a hassle and really annoying. Even with that little issue, I still think the artwork is fantastic and really adds something beautiful to my room.
