Misrepresented items
Man, the whole thing was just awful. My order took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, the colors were all off and the stuff was clearly cheaply made. I had to keep emailing back and forth with customer service just to get my money back. It's so frustrating when companies trick you with false advertising and don't come through with what they promised.

Skirting installation.
I just got some skirting for my RV from this company and I gotta say, I am super happy with it. I had to put it up all by myself in a park where they are real strict about when you can do it, so I was feeling a little stressed at first. But let me tell you, it was way easier to install than I expected. My neighbors took forever to get theirs up and needed a bunch of people to help them, but I had mine done in just a couple of hours all by myself. Not only was it easy to install, but it held up great against the strong winds and freezing temperatures up here in the north where I'm staying. The skirting kept my RV nice and toasty even when it was -20 degrees out, not even counting the wind chill. I'm really impressed with how well it works and how tough it is.

Recent purchase experience
I bought something from this company recently and had a problem with the shipping. I was expecting it to come by a certain date, but it got delayed a bunch of times. I contacted customer service to figure out what was going on, and they told me about some shipping problems they were having. I get that delays happen, but I was annoyed because the company kept saying it would arrive by a specific day even though they knew there were issues. It was frustrating and left me feeling let down by the whole experience.

Delayed delivery, missing item
My experience ordering from this website was a total letdown. I had to wait two whole months only to find out my order never got a shipping confirmation. After hitting up customer service multiple times, I finally got my order out of nowhere over a month later. And guess what? One of the items I bought was missing. I reached out twice about it, but I've yet to hear back. The lack of communication and professionalism on this site is just not cool.

Washable rug purchase
I just bought a washable rug from this store and I'm really happy with how it all went down. The rug showed up quickly and in great shape, packed up nice and easy for returns if needed. It fits just right in my room and has already gotten some love from visitors. I went with this rug mainly because it's washable, and it's been holding up great so far. Husband's kurta set
The customer service at this place is just awful! I bought a kurta set for my husband and it was a complete disaster. They took forever to respond to my questions, and when it came to exchanging or returning it, they were super slow. The kurta was brand new with the tags on, but it was unwearable. The quality was terrible and the whole experience was really disappointing.

6-item purchase for Christmas
I ordered six things for Christmas, but I never got any of them! I placed the order on December 6th and then got an email on December 22nd saying they were out of two items. I asked for a refund but they acted like they didn't see it. They didn't want to send a partial order, but then asked if I wanted the items shipped. Like, what?? I just wanted my stuff before Christmas! The customer service is the worst, just like everyone else says. I don't even want store credit because I don't think I'll ever get anything. Ugh, I'm starting to think this is all a scam.

Doll purchase with synthetic hair
I bought this doll from a store that said it had synthetic hair, but when I got it, it was all vinyl and had no synthetic hair. I tried calling and emailing the company, but I couldn't get through because the phone was always busy and my emails got sent back. Plus, their refund policy says they only give money back if there's something wrong with the product, not just if you don't like it. It's been super frustrating, and I would tell people to think twice before buying from them.
