Minimalistic jewelry subscription
I was really let down by the jewelry I got from this subscription. It just didn't meet my expectations at all. I was promised trendy and timeless pieces, but what I got was dull and uninspired. I was hoping for modern, simple designs that would match my style, but instead, I got pieces that seemed low-quality and not unique. On top of that, the customer service wasn't great either. They took forever to get back to me and didn't really help when I told them how unhappy I was. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this subscription to anyone who wants nice, stylish jewelry.

Tow mirrors upgrade
These two mirrors are a pretty good upgrade for big trucks. They do shake a bit when you're going fast, and adjusting the top mirror can be a little sticky, but it's not a huge deal. It would be cool if the front turn signal matched up with the lights. But, all in all, I'm happy with the product.

Sadly, after I made the purchase, I never got any confirmation or tracking details. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times, but they were no help at all and didn't solve the issue. It just made me feel like I wasted both my time and money.

Overpriced, incorrect item
My experience with Rue La La was just awful. I ordered something and it took forever to get here, but when it finally did, it was the wrong item. Their customer service was no help at all, and they only offered a tiny refund that didn't even make up for all the trouble and hassle of returning it. I was really let down by how little they seemed to care about their customers. I won't be shopping there again, and I'd recommend others to steer clear too. It's worth paying a little more at a place you trust to get what you need and good customer service.
