    Not worth the hassle

    don’t buy these if you want something that lasts. I put the nerf bars on my Jeep for daily use — they looked good and the price was tempting — but after a few months rust started showing. First time they sent a replacement, fine. Second set began rusting in about four months and now they say the one‑year warranty is up, so no help. Two bad sets, wasted time, kinda annoying but hey, live and learn.

    Mats fit issue, refund took effort

    Skip this one — not worth the return drama. I ordered floor mats for my Jeep Gladiator that were supposed to fit the no-lock storage setup; they sent what I ordered but it didn’t fit, so the product description was misleading. Customer service kept offering partial refunds ($20, $30, $40) to avoid a return; I said no and asked for a refund. They sent a return label and issued the refund, but it was slower than promised — about a week after they received it. I’ve had smoother returns elsewhere, but at least I got my money back.

    Decent product, sketchy returns

    they hit me with a return fee that wasn’t on the site, even though the site says returns are easy. They then offered me a $15 refund to just keep the mats — basically pay them $94 for something I don’t need. The mats looked fine and shipping was fast, but that lowball offer left me annoyed. Won’t order like that again.

    Wrong fit, slow refund

    refund was supposed to show in 7–14 business days and it’s been 34 days with no credit. Calling customer service is a pain — about 15 calls, one agent finally confirmed receipt and said refund is “under review.” Slow and frustrating, held up my daily routine.

    Surprised by the turnaround

    I didn’t expect to end up writing a semi-happy note about this, but here we are. My order went to the wrong address (big headache), and for the first week I heard almost nothing — emails ghosted, phone calls bounced around — so yeah, stress. But after a bunch of back-and-forth I finally got a real person on the line who actually cared and started fixing it. They tracked the package down, arranged a return from my dad’s place in MN and even offered to cover the extra shipping (that was the unexpected part — pleasantly surprised). Delivery itself was messy at first, slow and wrong, but once service stepped in it moved forward quickly. I’d tell anyone to be persistent and keep notes of every contact; it helps. Also, don’t assume silence means they don’t care — sometimes it’s just slow systems and one helpful rep can change everything. Overall I’m glad it worked out, not perfect by any means, but the customer service recovery made a big difference and that matters to me.

    Looks great, helped my knees, but the rust killed it for me

    I liked these running boards at first — they made getting in and out of my truck way easier (I’ve got bad knees, so that mattered), they look clean, and installation was straightforward. But then, under a year after buying them, they started to rust around the welds and that really soured the whole thing. I reached out a few weeks after the one-year warranty ran out and got told, basically, to go buy rust paint and coat them myself. That suggestion felt off — I paid for a product that should hold up, not a DIY band-aid from the maker. To be fair, the boards did their job for a while and delivery was fine — no drama getting them. It’s just disappointing that the corrosion showed up from normal use on paved roads, nothing extreme. Also, I found other folks online with the same complaint, so it didn’t feel like a fluke. Customer rep Maysya was polite, but the answer wasn’t helpful. If you want something that’s affordable and looks good short-term, these might work — especially if you need an easier step into your vehicle like I did. But if you need long-term durability and a company that stands behind its product, I’d be cautious. I’m torn because I did appreciate the comfort they added, just wish they’d lasted and the company would’ve done more than suggest repainting. Lesson learned.

    Skip these running boards

    don’t bother — I had rust showing up on the welds less than a year after buying them. I’m saying this up front because I don’t want you to waste time like I did. I drive normally, nothing extreme, just regular trips on paved roads, and still the boards started to corrode. I reached out to OEDRO right after the one-year warranty ran out and got a canned reply from someone named Maysya telling me to repaint and use an anti-rust coating. So basically they told me to pay more to hide the problem their product had. That felt wrong. I mean, how is a rust-resistant paint supposed to fix metal that’s already eaten through? It’s like slapping a bandage on a deeper issue — sure, it covers it, but it doesn’t fix the build quality. I’ve also seen other folks online with the same weld rust problem, so I don’t think I’m just unlucky. I’ve had better luck with other aftermarket parts where companies at least worked with me a bit after warranty, so this was disappointing. Emotionally, it’s annoying more than enraging — mostly because it was avoidable. If you want something that will last and a company that doesn’t just shrug and tell you to repaint, look elsewhere. I’m done with these and won’t be recommending OEDRO to friends.

Okay, fine. I sent the screenshot. After more waiting, they told me it was “pre-sale.” The product page didn’t say that when I checked, which was a big part of why I chose it. I said I’d wait. They offered a refund or a 1–2 week wait. I opted to wait, because I really wanted that particular model. Two weeks went by. Nothing. I had to email again. Still not available. I even asked if they had anything similar. They sent a photo of something totally different, so I kept digging on their site and found another option. I asked about that one. The rep said yes, it was in stock but more expensive, and I could cancel and reorder if I wanted. That was on me to figure out. This back-and-forth stretched past a month. The product itself looks exactly like the photos — that part I can say for sure and that made the waiting tolerable. Also, having PayPal protection calmed me down; I knew I wasn’t totally stuck. Emotionally, it was a mix of excitement and irritation. I liked the price and the eventual product, but the communication and the delivery timeline were messy. If you decide to buy, keep every email and your payment receipt, and be ready to nag a bit. With better communication this could have been a five-star experience. As it stands, it’s a solid product from a service that needs work.

    Bumpers for my vehicle

    I got some bumpers for my car, and man, it felt like I waited forever for them to come in - two whole months! But when they finally got here, they were both messed up. I only got some of my money back, and they told me they'd send me some touch up paint, but it never came. And now, on top of all that, the bumpers are starting to rust after just two months. It's like they say, sometimes you really do get what you pay for, and in this situation, going cheaper wasn't the move. Dealing with customer service was a whole other headache, too.

    Tow mirrors upgrade

    These two mirrors are a pretty good upgrade for big trucks. They do shake a bit when you're going fast, and adjusting the top mirror can be a little sticky, but it's not a huge deal. It would be cool if the front turn signal matched up with the lights. But, all in all, I'm happy with the product.

    I recently bought some running boards from Oedro on Amazon with 2-day Prime shipping. It's been 2 weeks since they made a shipping label, but the items still haven't been shipped. They're now saying the running boards won't arrive until January 4th, which is a big delay from the 2-day promise.

    CRV floor mats purchase

    I bought some floor liners for my 2019 CRV to keep the carpet clean from dirt and spills. But, only four out of the five mats fit right. The passenger front mat keeps folding in, so dirt and stuff end up on the carpet. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times in the last six months, but I haven't gotten a good answer. I'm really let down by the lack of help and follow-up from this company. It feels like they don't really care about their products or making customers happy. I'd warn others against buying from them again.

    Tonneau cover purchase

    I got a tonneau cover for my truck from this company, but I was really disappointed with the product and the customer service. When I received the cover, I saw that some parts were broken, so I called customer service right away for help. After a long and frustrating two-week wait, they said they would send me a new cover. Instead, I asked for a refund. The person I spoke with said my card would be refunded within three business days. But it's been five days now, and I haven't seen any refund yet. When I called customer service again, they just told me to wait three more days. So now I'm stuck without a cover for my truck and no sign of a refund. Overall, the product wasn't what I expected, and the customer service was really bad. I would caution others to be careful when thinking about buying from this company.

    Incorrect running boards received

    I bought some car accessories from this company not too long ago. Let me tell you, I was super bummed out by the customer service I got. They said my stuff would come in 3 to 5 days with free FedEx shipping, but my order got delayed. And when I asked why, they just kept giving me different excuses, not really telling me what was going on.     Custom fit floor liners for 2023 SUV

    2. So, I got these custom fit floor liners for my brand new 2023 SUV, and let me tell you, they are a great addition. They fit really well in most places, but I did notice that the front driver side liner tends to bunch up against the closed door a bit. But, aside from that little hiccup, the quality and fit of these liners are amazing. They're tough, easy to clean, and do a fantastic job of keeping my floors protected. And, for the price, you really can't beat the value. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend these liners to anyone in need of some top-notch floor protection.
