I gotta tell you, I recently treated myself to a super fancy bedding set from this store, and I have no regrets. The materials are top of the line and the design is absolutely beautiful. Now my bed looks like it came straight out of a magazine.

I wanted to share my experience with your company. I bought the HGlow, HAge spot, and HWart products. At first, I didn't see any improvements, but when I contacted customer service, they quickly helped me out. They sent me new H-Age spot and H-Wart products right away. The H-Age spot treatment worked really well, the age spot on my cheekbone cleared up a lot. I was pleasantly surprised by the results. As for the H-Wart product, it's hard to say if it's working slower, but I have noticed the wart getting smaller. I'm almost finished with my second bottle, so I'm hopeful it will be gone soon. And the HGlow product has been great for keeping my skin moisturized and glowing. Overall, I'm happy with how these products have worked for me.

I got this coat that I thought was so adorable, but it turned out to be way too small. When I went to take it back, they were like nope because I missed the return deadline by just one day! Seriously, give me a break! I used to be a regular customer there, but after that crappy customer service, I'm never going back. They were about as helpful as talking to a brick. So annoying and rude.

I got this really awesome journal with a bunch of cool prompts to help me be more creative. It feels like having my own personal cheerleader in a book, encouraging me to keep going and keep making stuff. I like how colorful and fun it is, and it's really relaxing to use with some snacks and a cozy blanket.

Vitacost order issue resolution
I've been a Vitacost customer for a while now, but ever since Kroger took over, I've been feeling let down by the drop in service quality. Recently, I got this promo email for 20% off, but when I tried to use it, turns out it was already used. When I reached out to customer service, they didn't really care or try to help. The rep just brushed me off and told me to place the order first, then call back for a refund. Talk about inconvenient and sketchy. This whole thing has left me frustrated and questioning if Vitacost's customer service can still be trusted under the new management.

I thought Cameron's was only a three, but now they're a five! So, like, back on June 30th, we got some crabs from them and there were some issues with the order. But when we contacted them, they fixed everything! They replaced the missing crabs and even gave us some extra ones to make up for the bad ones. Mimi from Cameron's was really great and helped us out a lot.

Over 600 worth of health supplies
I was told by customer service that in order to get my perks points for the $600 order I made this morning (not even 12 hours ago) I would need to return the box the HSA Store just shipped out (I got a tracking number this evening so the box is on its way), then create a loyalty perks account, reorder the same items, and have these items reshipped to me just to get my points! What a waste of resources & terrible customer service! This issue could & should have been fixed with a few clicks on a computer. Such a shame. :( I have screen shots of the conversation to verify this review.

Seems like a good product
I got this product about a week ago. I don't like strong smelling shampoos, this one isn't over powering, the smell is good. See a little bit of hair growth, but its still too early. Seems like a good shampoo and conditioner.

Useful ,looking for some crockery sets of 6 a n d 12
available in store so completed my set with one set of 24 and one set 50 crockery .More then 18 people can be served .Though Both the sets were in different style and slightly different colors 24 pcs dinner set was absolutely as looking in complete white. Set of 50 was in of not same as I was looking.
And doubt become true when delivered.My husband rejected dinner set of 59 PCs and I spoke to Noritake and they said nothing to worry .So same set if 24 as a second set booked ..

They DONT CARE about COVID pandemic situation. Just take money from people who are screwed up and suffered by this pandemic. NO COVID POLICIES with excuse of "following airline company's policy" which is not true. For international:
- $150 + difference in fare if transfer to the future credit
- $150 fee for refund if the flight is cancelled.
There is NO WAY you can get full refund credit transfer WITHOUT FEES. Dont suffer yourself losing money.trying to get my refund and they keep writing me request received but nobody ansewrs me i paid 3,124.52 for a trip to Australia but due to the pandemic they keep flushing my e mails i cannot fly to australia or anywhere else anymore cause my husband had a severe heart attack in july so now no respond and my contract says no refunds if its an act of god or nature or overbooking so as i can see this pandemic is not an act of god so i would like my money back we are seniors in our 70 s so forget traveling now to sick
