They DONT CARE about COVID pandemic situation. Just take money from people who are screwed up and suffered by this pandemic. NO COVID POLICIES with excuse of "following airline company's policy" which is not true. For international:
- $150 + difference in fare if transfer to the future credit
- $150 fee for refund if the flight is cancelled.
There is NO WAY you can get full refund credit transfer WITHOUT FEES. Dont suffer yourself losing money.Dispute the charges with your credit card.
I disputed and got my money back.
trying to get my refund and they keep writing me request received but nobody ansewrs me i paid 3,124.52 for a trip to Australia but due to the pandemic they keep flushing my e mails i cannot fly to australia or anywhere else anymore cause my husband had a severe heart attack in july so now no respond and my contract says no refunds if its an act of god or nature or overbooking so as i can see this pandemic is not an act of god so i would like my money back we are seniors in our 70 s so forget traveling now to sick
