I love shopping at Sukoshi Mart because they have a great variety of products and always provide exceptional customer service. My recent order had a few different items, all of which were top-notch and exactly what I expected from the website. However, there was a little hiccup with one item that arrived damaged. Thankfully, the customer service team handled it like pros, and they quickly arranged to send me a replacement. I really admire how they took care of the issue so efficiently, making sure I was a happy customer. It’s nice to know I can count on them to fix any problems that may come up, which makes my shopping experience super easy and fun. I’ll definitely keep shopping at Sukoshi Mart in the future because of their awesome products and service.
BTS and BT21 Line Friends items
I just bought some stuff from this store, got 2 pieces of BTS BT21 Line Friends gear and 2 BT21 shirts. And let me tell ya, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything! It was all top-notch and definitely legit. My order got to me quick, no issues there. The packaging kept everything safe and sound. The prices were alright, but I did notice that some things were a bit pricier here than other places. Like, one watch I wanted was 10 bucks more than on the Line Friends website. But hey, they were out of stock everywhere else, so I went for it. Overall, I'm happy with how everything went down and I'll probably come back for more BTS and BT21 stuff 'cause they've got a great selection.
Ceramic mug and cute lamp
I recently bought some stuff from Sukoshi Mart and it was awesome! I got a cool ceramic mug and a cute lamp, and they're top-notch quality. Everything came in perfect shape and the shipping was super quick - only 4 days from when I ordered. The products looked even better in person than online, totally exceeding my expectations. I had a question and reached out to the seller on their official Instagram, and they got back to me with helpful info in under 24 hours. Overall, I had a great time shopping at Sukoshi Mart and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Red and white Korean acne patch
I stopped by the store cause a buddy told me about these Korean acne patches that were red and white. Let me tell ya, those things worked wonders on my skin! I was super impressed. The store was laid out real nice and the folks working there really knew their stuff when it came to the products. Had a great time shopping at Sukoshi Mart, for sure.
Advent calendar purchase
I just bought an advent calendar from this shop, and man, it was a disaster. The price was high and there were extra fees on top of that. When it showed up, I saw that a piece was broken. It wasn't a tiny piece either, it was completely missing. Plus, the stuff inside was lame - just two stickers and a roll of washi tape? Really? And to top it off, it arrived late, way after advent season had started.

I bought a bunch of groceries and stuff for the house from Sukoshi Mart online not long ago. They said I'd get my order in 1-3 days, but it's been a whole 4 weeks now and still nothing. I'm super bummed about this and starting to think they might be up to something shady. If I were you, I'd just go to the store in person instead of shopping online.

This store is everything and more! They carry so many cute items that you can’t help but hoard. Their selection on Korean beauty is amazing and the prices are fair. Got my order fast. Overall I was very happy with my purchase!

Online order tracking issue
I ordered something online from this store not too long ago and had a problem trying to track it. They sent me a message saying my order was on its way, so I tried to track it using the app they suggested. But for some reason, the order number wasn't showing up in the system, so I couldn't keep an eye on where my package was. I even sent an email to ask about it, but I still haven't heard anything back.

I had a really bad experience at that store. I kept trying to reach out for help, but their customer service was like a brick wall. And to top it off, I never even got the stuff I bought! Dealing with their poor communication and not getting my stuff was so annoying. I definitely wouldn't suggest shopping there.

Online shopping experience
My recent shopping experience with Sukoshi Mart was pretty disappointing. They messed up my order and when I contacted customer service for help, it took them 2 whole days to get back to me. And to make things worse, they only replied to my emails once a day. The whole process to get the correct items was slow and all over the place. They wanted me to send back the wrong items before they'd even think about sending the right ones. I tried to explain my situation, but they wouldn't budge. It's just frustrating that they didn't communicate well or try to help me out at all. Overall, shopping on their website was a real letdown.
Advent calendar purchase
I just bought an advent calendar from this store and boy, did it let me down. It had stickers, washi tape, two porcelain cats (like, why though?), two claw clips (one so small it's basically useless), two awful keychains, and just five measly makeup items. And don't even get me started on the skincare stuff - either terrible reviews online or so tiny you can only use them a few times. Total bummer.
Quick snack purchase
I swung by Sukoshi Mart to grab a quick snack, thinking it would be a breeze. But after I ordered and paid, I never got an email confirmation. I contacted customer service through email, but I haven't heard anything back yet. Even though my bank got charged and the payment went through, I don't have an order number or any proof of my purchase on their end. The lack of communication and transparency is just not okay and I'm feeling really frustrated and unsatisfied.

The stuff on their website made it seem like they had more stuff in stock than they actually did, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they were not helpful at all. All I got were generic responses that didn't tell me much about why certain items were out of stock or how I could get a refund. I just wish they were more upfront with me so I didn't end up feeling annoyed and disappointed with my purchase.
