Jacket purchase
I bought a jacket from this store not too long ago, and it all went downhill from there. Ordering the jacket was easy, but that's pretty much the only good thing I can say. Even though I ordered it on time, the jacket never showed up after waiting for weeks. I reached out to customer service several times, but they were no help at all and just gave me vague answers about looking into it with the carrier. It was clear that they weren't going to fix the problem. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I would recommend staying away from this store.

I love shopping at Sukoshi Mart because they have a great variety of products and always provide exceptional customer service. My recent order had a few different items, all of which were top-notch and exactly what I expected from the website. However, there was a little hiccup with one item that arrived damaged. Thankfully, the customer service team handled it like pros, and they quickly arranged to send me a replacement. I really admire how they took care of the issue so efficiently, making sure I was a happy customer. It’s nice to know I can count on them to fix any problems that may come up, which makes my shopping experience super easy and fun. I’ll definitely keep shopping at Sukoshi Mart in the future because of their awesome products and service.

Two awesome purchases
I've made a couple purchases from this store in the past 3 months and both experiences were awesome! Their sales are incredible, even better than what you'd find at Costco. Shipping was a little slow, but that's no big deal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of some goods.
