    I was pretty happy with how quickly I got my order, it came in just a week. The stuff I got looked pretty good quality-wise, so that was cool. But man, I was kinda let down that the customer service team didn't get back to me when I asked about returning something. It's super important for a company to have a solid and quick customer support team, especially when it comes to handling returns or any other problems that might pop up.

    Black cap instead of navy blue

    I ordered this navy blue cap, but it showed up in black. The timing of the delivery was good, but it was a letdown to see the wrong color. Overall, it was kind of a blah experience.

    I was so bummed out by the poor communication and super strict return policy at that store. I tried to send something back and couldn't believe they wanted me to pay for the shipping. And to make matters worse, I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times and never heard back. That kind of service just doesn't cut it these days, especially with all the competition in retail.

    Standard T-shirts with brand logo

    The T-shirts are kind of basic, just your average shirt with a logo thrown on there. The quality is so-so, especially for the price they charge. It's pretty obvious they always have to do sales and offer discounts because honestly, those shirts are priced way too high for what they are.

    I made two purchases from this company recently, but I never got the items. I gave them my right address and even chose where to pick them up, but the carrier said they couldn't find them. I was so bummed since I was really excited to get my new clothes and accessories. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but they weren't very good at keeping in touch or solving the problem. I get that things can go wrong during shipping, but it's not cool for the company to not take responsibility or follow up. Because of this bad experience, I won't be buying from them again.
