Return policy and communication
I was so bummed out by the poor communication and super strict return policy at that store. I tried to send something back and couldn't believe they wanted me to pay for the shipping. And to make matters worse, I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times and never heard back. That kind of service just doesn't cut it these days, especially with all the competition in retail.

The customer service live chat team was awesome! They were always there to help me out and make sure I got everything I needed. Only had a little trouble getting connected to the live chat at first, but once I did, they really came through for me. Shoutout to Jennie, she was a total pro. I've been trying to figure out the size of these super cute pants I've been eyeing on sale for like a week. I asked for measurements, but didn't hear back at all. Seriously, sizing is crucial when you're shopping for clothes! Breeches and JPC really need to do better about responding to customer questions.

This website is such a scam! The clothes I ordered were such poor quality and didn't even fit properly. I tried reaching out for assistance, but they totally ghosted me. If you're thinking about buying from them, better use a credit card so you can dispute the charge if needed.

I got this really cute dress for a special occasion and it looked even better in person! It arrived sooner than I expected and even though I bought two dresses just in case, it was super easy to send back the one I didn't like. Just make sure to make up your mind fast, you only have a week to return it!

A dress
My dress is nothing as shown in the picture! It looks like a washed-out orange while it is displayed on the website as deep red! I asked to cancel the 2nd order processing and I am blocked from my account and all my discussions have disappeared. These people are crooks!!

Absolutely beautiful. My mom loved it. The rose gold is beautiful, not too pink but not too gold, and the engraving is amazing. This is the second necklace I have purchased from this store. The first necklace was a gift and this one was for me. I chose the rose gold with the June flower and birthstone. It is so so pretty and I really love it. Good price and fast/free shipping too.
