I bought some clothes from this store recently, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. When I got my package, it was empty! I reached out to customer service right away, but they were not very professional or honest. Even though my order cost $360, they didn't declare the correct value on the shipment. That meant FedEx would only give me $100 back. I asked Palm Angels to make things right and compensate me for their mistake, but they wouldn't take responsibility. That's just not cool, especially coming from a so-called luxury brand.

I've been coming back to this store quite a bit, and I've always had good experiences with what I buy. Everything I've gotten has arrived in good shape, and the quality is always top-notch. But, I recently ordered some mystery pop bundles and it's been a letdown. I placed the order a few weeks ago, but they still haven't been shipped out. Strangely enough, I haven't been charged for them either, which is a bit confusing. Overall, I'm generally happy with my purchases from this store, but I hope they can work on their communication and shipping times for the mystery pop bundles in the future.

I recently bought a polo shirt from this company and man, was I disappointed with it. They hyped up the quality in their ad, but when I got it, I realized it was 100% polyester and had a shoddy patch sewn on. I was so let down that I reached out to customer service, but they basically said I had to pay to send it back. This whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth about the company's products and customer service. Plus, I've noticed all the stuff I've ordered from them before was made overseas, which makes me uneasy.

I tried calling their 800 number to figure out what was going on, but they hung up on me two times. Seems like their customer service isn't very upfront. I've decided to send back all the stuff I bought, unopened and with the packaging, cause I don't trust how they do business.

It was like each pair of undies had its own giant plastic bag, and then they were all thrown into this huge shipping bag that was way too big. That amount of plastic waste is just not cool, you know? It's like they didn't even think about the environment at all.

I'm really bummed out about my experience ordering from this company. I ordered some collagen powder at the beginning of the month, and it's now the 15th with still no sign of my delivery. This delay has been super annoying because I was really excited to start using the product every day. On top of the long wait, I was not impressed with their customer service. Recent order frustration
I recently had a terrible experience with a purchase I made. I ordered something a few weeks ago, and part of it arrived on time while the other part was said to be out of stock. I tried to contact customer service several times to either cancel or replace the item, but they kept telling me they couldn't do anything because the item was already in the process of being sent out. What a joke! Then, to make matters worse, I got an email with return forms for an item that I never even received. My order still hasn't been completed, and I feel completely stuck. Looks like my family will be getting not-so-great gifts this year, all because of this company. I would recommend avoiding them at all costs!
