I have been a client of Pipette for several months now and have consistently had positive experiences with the company. Their online ordering process is easy to navigate and their customer service is top-notch. I have had to reach out with questions about my order a few times, and each time the representative I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to address my concerns quickly.
The products themselves are also of high quality. I have been using their skincare products and have seen significant improvement in the texture and appearance of my skin. I especially love their face oils, which leave my skin feeling hydrated and nourished.

I really think the plant-based skincare products from this company are amazing. They might not be organic, but they are scent-free and now they even have a new relaxing version that I can't wait to try. They are always coming up with new stuff, like their cream to powder formula. Every now and then, they have sales and specials, although their prices are a bit high compared to other similar products out there. I've tried all their products, even the new hand sanitizer (but not the relaxing scent ones yet). Overall, I think their products are top-notch and I will definitely buy some of them again in the future. The only downside for me is their thin wipes, which are pricey and tend to tear easily.
Basic baby products
My time with this company was just okay. The products are decent, nothing special really. The prices are alright, but sometimes they're a bit high. I might buy from them casually, but I wouldn't count on them too much. It can be frustrating when they don't have certain items available. Overall, I'd say they're just average.
