I would like to share one thing.This store is a right point for self or family shopping as well as gift selection.
Quality of T shirts is totally different.Mostly I use this store for T shirts and caps.I have very good collections of these two products since last four years as I can remember.
This time I choose this shop for gift packing.I have some male friend's as well as girls .
In view of coming festival selected Hoodies , Sweatshirts,T shirts Caps and a dozen of cereal mugs .I can make a beautiful gift for both gender some thing is common for both and some are not.so this was a finest shipping of 2020.Golf balls

I've been a customer of this company for a while now and I've always been happy with the quality of their products. But I have to say, their prices are a bit on the high side compared to other companies that sell similar items. One thing that really bothered me was their return policy. I recently had to return something that was sent to me by mistake, and I was shocked to find out that I had to pay for the return shipping, even though it wasn't my fault. Dealing with all the manual paperwork and extra costs just added to the frustration. I really hope they update their return process to make it easier for loyal customers like me.
Polo shirt purchase
I recently bought a polo shirt from this company and man, was I disappointed with it. They hyped up the quality in their ad, but when I got it, I realized it was 100% polyester and had a shoddy patch sewn on. I was so let down that I reached out to customer service, but they basically said I had to pay to send it back. This whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth about the company's products and customer service. Plus, I've noticed all the stuff I've ordered from them before was made overseas, which makes me uneasy.
Returned jacket for larger size
I recently sent back a jacket my daughter got me for Christmas because it didn't fit. I mailed it back through the Post Office with all the paperwork my daughter included. The tracking says Sgt. Grit got the package, but it's been two weeks and still no replacement. I've been on hold forever trying to reach customer service, but no luck. And my emails, even the one I sent through their website, haven't been answered. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with how they're handling this.
Return hat, refund delay
I recently sent back a hat that was way too big for me to Sgt. Grit Marine Specialties. I followed all the instructions from customer service and sent the hat back on 10/13/2023. But here we are, over two months later, and still no sign of my refund. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but no one picks up the phone, and the emails I get back are all automated. This kind of customer service is just not cutting it for me, and I'm really let down by the lack of communication and help from this company. I was expecting much better service from a company that's supposed to be all about Marine gear.

negative , 30.00 for caps made in sweat shops in foregin countries. VIETNAM . THE ONES THAT TRIED TO KILL US, AND DID KILL A LOT OF USA MILITARY.,AND YOU ARE A MARINE
