Online order experience
I can't believe the terrible experience I had with this store. Ordering online was a nightmare - packages took forever to arrive and you had to pay extra just to track your order. The in-store experience wasn't any better, with messy stores and ugly clothes for boys. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else like Old Navy, Target, or Carter's. Even Amazon would be a better choice than this place.

Ordering from this place is a breeze! You can even preview what the product will look like before you put it in your cart. I kind of wish they had a feature to edit your photos on the site, like tweaking the lighting or enhancing the colors. That would be amazing!

The Turboant X7 Max was a great purchase.
The Turboant X7 Max was a great purchase. Scooter arrived in only 3 days with no damage. It was packed well. I have ridden the scooter every day since I got it and noticed how much better it is than my Shell SR-5 Ride scooter. The Turbo Max has pneumatic tires which has a great ride. The battery life is wonderful and has a terrific distance. I live in Kentucky and there’s hills but nothing the MAX can’t handle. The brakes are a step above my other scooter and really stops you quickly. I purchased an extra battery and this will let me go 40-50 miles before a recharge. If I had to do it over I would buy the same scooter.

Awful company, taking advantage of people with unreasonable policies. Do not use, there are plenty of other legitimate travel agencies that are reasonable to deal with. Just look at their reviews. They do not even have a physical address in the United States.

The desk arrived and the required parts do not match to put the desk together. I have been going back and forth with customer service sending pictures and attempting to explain the problem and they keep sending me a canned message that they do not understand the problem and can I send clearer pictures. I have sent over 30 pictures and I am frustrated and ready to just send the desk back and try something else.
WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THSI WEBSITE. Terrible quality products. Horrendous customer service. They will do everything in their power to make you keep the product and take your money. Save yourself the headache and buy from a more reliable source.

Ordered a desk as a graduation gift for my daughter. Desk was delivered with missing parts. Emailed company and no response. Company also gave me a cheaper desk and never provided a refund. DO NOT BUY.This is really bad, John. I am still waiting to get my refund of an item I never received (see my review below). The main issue with you is that once you request the return, they will give you thousands of inaccurate responses. Hopefully this won't be your case. We should all organize and fill a class action or report for this company. Does anybody know how we can do this?
I purchased a vanity for my daughter and the mirror came in broken. It's been days and I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. The website I found for customer service issues does not exist. It's been really frustrating for me . Amazon should stop selling their products base on the reviews because we all seem to have the same problems lack of communication. They are not legit if they do not have a customer service line. I don't even know what else to try????

It has been a month since I ordered a set of three face masks. I still do not have them and I sent an email if they sent them and got no response. There is no tracking number in the one email I got when I ordered. I am never going to purchase anything from them again their service is poor. I ordered another mask from the Benedictine monks and I am getting it within the week!
After my second email I got a response and they are now sending my masks.

Anya Hindmarch Orange Postbox bag
Daylight robbery!! Never Order at Cettire again.A scam
I ordered the orange Postbox bag from Cettire(US website), so I thought. I am truly devastated and appalled by the bag delivered to me. I was shocked, to find out, I was sent the small Postbox bag rather than the regular/big sized one. This is daylight robbery! especially when I was charged $726.90, which is the equivalent of £563. This is more expensive than the price of the big Postbox bag on sale, which is £438 on the Anya Hindmarch's UK's website. In other words, I have paid more and gotten even less.
On perusing, Anya Hindmarch's website, the regular(big )sized Postbox bag is usually described as Anya Hindmarch Postbox bag. While the minute, one, I was sent, is advertised, as "small Postbox bag".This title was missing from Cettire website. However, it was written on the label attached to the bag when it was delivered. This is an obvious deception on their part. I refuse to succumb to robbery and fraud. I have tried getting a refund, which they have refused to honour, even though all the tags are still intact etc.. This was meant to be a nice present to celebrate my birthday, which I couldn't celebrate, due to the Covid pandemic. I was truly looking forward to this bag. Now, I am saddened by this trickery. I contacted Anya Hindmarch and they have confirmed that Cettire is not on the list of their approved distributors, thus they have commenced an investigation. In addition, I will be filing a small claims suit with the DCA.
Advice: Be extremely careful of ordering from a website that has no contact phone number...they probably have something to hide. They are deceptive and fraudulent. Would have given no star, if I could.dude you're on like every forum spamming in all caps and you're the only person ive seen say anything bad so far @cxdiamond
Horrible company - I received an item With a discoloring on inside the garment and reported it literally within 20 minutes Of receiving it. However , Cettire chose to deem me responsible for causing it of the 20 minutes I had it??? I even sent them photos of item with sealed original tags
@george you’re either blind or just work for Cettire. Honest customer experiences aren’t spams - and by your own omission you’ve seen other review websites . So either you’re just lying or blind cause there’s over ten dozen bad experiences

Just the best service overall out of all vape shops I've shopped on. Website experience is impeccable and I had one run in with their customer support and it couldn't be better.
It’s funny that everywhere there are reviews for hot smart the first one is pretty good. Every one after that is a bomb. This company is terrible the product is terrible thier customer support is terrible. I’ve had this camera for a week. It will not update it will not recognize any SD card. I put three of the correct type in. I’ve left multiple messages and have yet to have gotten a callback. I’ve sent multiple emails and have gotten two computer responses that they have a ticket to work on it. What does that mean. Do not waste your money on this junk go buy a nice moultrie they work well. Additionally Moulmein will answer the phone when you call, they call you back And best of all their products actually work
